Success: Today is July 15, 2016 and we had our closing this morning on a wonderful property in Slatington. 37 days! -within 37 days, I worked with Fady through text,& emails. Since it was under contract she would call our realtor to put in an offer then would call 30min later not to. This back and forth went on for about 3 weeks. So we just moved on and kept looking for other properties. Then she called us and said it was back in the market BINGO. We thought we had the house..... Well this is where she started to play games and was very unprofessional. My realtor immediately drew up the offer I took off work, signed the paper work and sent the offer. Then she called us with a counter offer. We accpeted it, then she called my mortgage company to verify my credit score and make sure I was able to get approved. Then she called again saying that she wouldn't accept the offer, mind you it was the one she sent and we agreed on. She doesn't have the best interest of the buyer and specially of the seller since she kept with the unprofessionalism for over 2 months.
