Unprofessional. There's a number of other issues/red flags I could list but what's the point - avoid this company if you can. My initial vibe was off about Paul and I'm grateful I didn't sign the bogus contract he sent or I would be stuck with him. Paul and Steve are money hungry and not worth the trouble. Also, be cautious of Paul's references cause they seem to be shady as well (Anne P., etc.). Overall, this was a terrible experience and complete waste of time.
