She's been living at GreenView for a months now and is SO VERY happy. This gives us such peace of mind. The other residents & staff were anxious to reach out to her, making her feel at home. The staff is patient, caring and the communication between us is excellent. The facility is immaculate and the food is amazing. The entire facility is maintained beautifully- Warmus construction does a wonderful job. They worked patiently with us to make mom's room just right. The admissions & nursing staff was thoroughly professional and understanding as they had to walk us through the process. The best compliment we can give came from our mom a couple months later when we said to her, "Everyone is so nice here." She replied, "Yes, and they're not just nice when visitors are around, they're nice all the time." We thank God for the entire staff at GreenView who so lovingly and capably care for our mom.

RNs, LPNs and aides are well trained and very stable ( not much turnover). Very clean facility . Food was incredible considering other facilities and menus were what seniors would desire: baked chicken, meatloaf, mashed potatoes , soups etc. Tammi, the facility director is excellent. As he had dementia, it was harder for him, but the staff made him feel welcome. They are a MEMORY care facility, so they cater to the dementia patient's unique needs. The director, assistant director and everyone helping my dad were just phenomenal! The building is small (I got a tour before corona), so it felt more intimate, like he was with his family. I wish we could have experienced the facility without this mess, but I am thankful they took such good care of him!

The majority of the staff are rude, and the DON, Jillian, is a complete nightmare to deal with. She is rude to the patients and their family members. She doesn't even pretend to like her job. The call lights go unanswered for 45 minutes at a time. When this was brought up at a meeting, they said they'd look into it. Well, after that meeting, the staff would come in after 10 minutes but only to turn the call light off and say "I'll be back," and then not come back for another 20 minutes. The staff make rude comments to the patients and if you need a new medication or a medication adjusted, be prepared for it to take a week. Nothing is fast at this place. Don't believe the overall score of the reviews. Move on to the next facility. Your family member will not be treated well here.
