Stnas are the laziest I've ever worked with and I've worked at multiple facilities in my day! found two hidning on a broom closet while All hallways were endlessly beeping for help! also once found entire stna staff outside smoking while call lights were just ringing off the hook! I told them and they said and I quote "they will be fine it's not like they really need us anyway" next day one of the beepers had passed away! Karla is a absolute con artist when it comes to working for her! she will lie cheat and steal her way to anything she wants! she will verbally berate u and make u feel less than human! administration could care less! shout out to Liz for being complete crap as well! likes to try and butter u up..but will stab u in the back to get what they want! Senetra is hr she's simply put a pig! nothing is good about working here trust that! if u want to work with state half the time because no one here can clean or take care of someone! basically if ur looking for an inheritance check from a loved one send um here u will have it in 2 weeks! This place is managed by a company in Texas called Ridgeline. The current director of nursing at…read morethis facility is an LPN with no qualifications. Hires incompetent people (mostly friends) that she wouldn't use to care for her own loved ones and then doesn't understand that she is the problem. Refuses to produce care logs, incident reports, or talk to us or show us a care plan. Doesn't make employees wear name tags or titles. So absolutely no accountability. We asked for names and titles of anyone providing direct care to my mil after a serious incident at the facility and we were denied. Called and spoke to regional manager of Ridge line and he said this was non negotiable. He said he would send care logs, but we still haven't seen them. He wasn't concerned in the least about any of this. He told us he didn't think my mil was a good fit for this facility and that he'd waive the 30 day notice. This place is a joke. Not only do they not follow the laws of Ohio they do not follow their own contract. No integrity, no ethics, no morals. Also the five star review you see from Katie K., she is an employee. This place is now called The Ridge at Copley, they changed the name to try and fool people. Hopefully this place is shut down soon and they are all exposed for fraud. Do your research on Ridgeline management and don't use any of their facilities!
