From the checking in to the care after surgery. Everyone was super professional and they had excellent bedside manner. Everything was explained in detail and I was given every opportunity to ask any questions. After the procedure, I was very well taken care of by nurse Kathy who was super nice, efficient and caring. She even called me the following day for a follow up and she sounded genuinely caring and concerned for my well-being. I cannot rave enough for my experience at this facility.

I can't recall the phlebotomists name but she was GREAT. I'm a very hard stick, but with me giving her a heads up she was able to get my vein and collect blood on the first stick. It made a stressful situation better. Hopefully I won't have to be back for this reason again, but I'd hope to have the same care if needed.

This location is one of 10 locations in broward county. It is located directly next to university hospital , off University drive in Tamarac. The office is beautiful and clean and I like that they don't have that horrendous barrier window that makes you feel as you are bothering the staff just to sign in. The office has coffee, juices and applesauce (good thinking for diabetic patients) available for consumption. My father met Dr Sondra Aikens who will be his new primary care doctor now that he is 65. His bedside manner is outstanding. He sat eye level with my dad and had patience with my dad's responses to his questions( my dad is forgetful and slow to respond). He even made some funny jokes along the way. He was very throughout in his assessment and explaining the plan of care with my dad and my self. All of the staff especially Katherine were exceptionally pleasant and made sure the follow up and instructions were understood. I am so grateful this will be my dad's new primary care physician. None of my monetary losses as they don't have to carry Mal Practice Insurance . The same results can be had in a MRI I would suggest having someone film it for you I case they make a mistake . If there is more th a one person in the waiting room . Run away. There were 20 people waiting. I left in an ambulance to ICU for 17 days . He actually came to apologize after 3 days of me being in the hospital. He said " I'm sorry this had to happen to you ". Yes I'm sorry. You got paid for your mistake . I never had any results from the procedure. I was sent a bill cause the formation wrong. ( my personal opinion ? I'll keep it to myself .

They got me comfortable and peripheral help was so very close by! From the ER Dr to Jason, Sebastian, they, in-turn kept me and my wife welcome and with a healing goal ahead. Everyone shined including the "transporters" When I was admitted we met RN Mei. The one and only to me is my wife; Sofia. What, I hope will remain, is the courtesy they afforded my wife. When a spouse is admitted to a hospital.... The hospital must treat both. What helped me to remain calm in this situation was the fact that the nurse (PNA Oberly [forgot the other PNA]) hospitals are cold and the offering of a warm blanket goes a long way. One issue and one issue only.... My neighbor drove me to the hospital and we were confused as to which entrance to enter into. My wife and I were left banging on the doors without a clue of where an entrance should be. MANY SAW US KNOCKING BUT NO ONE CAME TO DOORS TO RE-direct us!! Other than proper positioning for the entrance all was suburb. I understand security but I do not understand ignoring people in distress. I feel that if you are in a health distress IMPERIAL POINT SHOULD BE YOUR PICK! Amen!
