Go for the lunch hour deals to save some bucks. Also, they're very big on making everything about "die Damen" vs "die Herren" with the customers, even on their menu ("Mrs. Rumpsteak" for a smaller portion and "Mr. Rumpsteak" for a bigger portion) and make a big deal out of a guy ordering a "girly" drink and a woman ordering a beer. They weren't crowded when I came in around lunchtime and seemed like they were prepared for tourists (me). I ordered a flight of three beers because I wanted to try their selection. I'm not a fan of dark beers and one was dark but all the beers were fine and they came in branded mugs which is great for photos. They also offered food but I was only there for beer. There is plenty of seating inside, where it is also kind of dark. They have informational signage throughout that tells you a little about their history and how they make the beer.
