I initially started taking my dog Obi-Wags Kenobi to the Woofer Walker daycare for some…read moresocialization since he is an "only dog." He is anxious, and there were times he did not play appropriately with smaller dogs (he had too much energy, and he does not always recognize/respond to the other dog's body language of "please give me space." They gave me great feedback on how he was doing, but his trainer and I decided that daycare for my anxious dog would not let him be "his best self." I then transitioned him to their Woofer Walker Munchkin March pack walks, which is a much better fit for him. He gets to socialize with the other dogs in the pack walk, run himself silly, and sniff everything (animate and inanimate). Obi would walk over my dead body to get to Woofer Walker Judy! He is so excited when it is Woofer Walker day that he waits by the front door, staring at it until he hears the van pull up, and then loses his mind. Judy is very patient with his excitement. They let me know which days would be the best fit for him regarding the other dogs' personalities and play styles, so he goes every Tuesday and Thursday. They also post videos of some of the highlights of the walks and post pictures - it is the highlight of our evening to watch the videos! I've downloaded some of the images since they are great shots!

It's a bit of a drive for us, but that means that the property is huge, with excellent play areas for the dogs. Their prices are fair, and their hours and policies are excellent. We had to board him out in the Valley once while we were on a trip, and it was more expensive, the facilities weren't as good, and the check-in/check-out policies were ridiculous. Staff are friendly and clearly love dogs, they are great with my big guy and he is always happy to see them.

She was worrying more if I think it is their responsibility, rather than worrying about my dog is really ok or not. I felt it is not ok to bring my dog there any more, so I asked the refund of unused visits from my prepayment. I paid 30 visits in advance, but only used 7. But, she is not only refusing the refund but also avoiding my call. I called pretty much every day for a month to talk to the owner. But the staff said she is not there every time I called. What makes for her to think she can keep the money, while she didn't provide the service?

Shadow sustained six wounds during his stay at Jet Pet Resort from February 10th to February 18th…read more2018. He was assessed by three veterinarians and was given supplements, shots, and medication for his injuries. Veterinarians described Shadow's more serious wounds as follows: -"2cm long full-thickness laceration upper right thigh" which was also assessed as a "grade III/IV (3/4) bite wound which could develop into an abscess" -"1 cm long close-to-full thickness laceration upper left thigh" -"A deep 2cm scrape over pelvis" -"A large 15cm diameter area of deep bruising on right shoulder". Jet Pet Resort staff members and manager, Fay Egan, were unable to provide information and details on how or when Shadow sustained his injuries. Although, I completely understand that things like this can happen, it is quite concerning when I'm told no one witnessed Shadow sustaining these wounds, and their Pet First Aid-certified staff members were unable to assess the severity of the wound and did not call a vet even though a Veterinary Medical Release form was signed. Although Shadow's boarding service plus daycare visits at Jet Pet Resort have been refunded, our trust has been lost. We were left with unanswered questions and a wounded beloved pet. Shadow is resting a lot and is healing at a steady pace. I hope Shadow's injuries will alert and remind all the pet owners out there to be extra careful and perform thorough body checks on pets prior and after services at any boarding/daycare facility as I do not wish this upon anyone's beloved pet.

Dr Karen is a forthright, straight shooter. She isn't going to sugarcoat a diagnosis to make YOU feel better about your cat's health situation. We know our Kodiak, Mackenzie, Lulu, Sienna and now Max and Sumi all have benefitted from Dr Karen making THEM her priority. Their health and wellbeing is always the primary focus of her practice and we appreciate that. Yes, veterinary care can be expensive, but this is definitely a case of "you get what you pay for"... We are content in the knowledge that Dr. Karen would never recommend unnecessary treatments, charge unnecessary diagnostic fees, has consistently provided us with clear options and honest opinions about what she believes is in the best interest of our feline family member(s), and we KNOW we can trust her with our furkids. We have had other vets in the past, and no one compares. I can't recommend Cat Care Veterinary and Dr. Karen Zutrauen highly enough.

i was going to karen for years. she was the best. since i found they had new owners, i decided to…read moretake my cat to the vet by my house. no one informed me there was new owners, i found that on my own, but they did solicit my business under the old name. i thought it was strange as they did say they informed everyone. so i asked them to transfer the file over to the new vet. she told me theres a $45 transfer fee. i thought nothing of it and gave her my visa. they then charged $47.25 which i did NOT approve. later i told the new vet what they did and their jaw dropped. they told me they are NOT supposed to charge for transfering files. they did not say some places do and some dont, you just dont. and they use to work for karen who never took a fee. i called them they said they have a policy, too bad so sad. my business is with karen, they should be using her procedures if theyre going to use her name. i said its against the veterinary code of practice. they didnt care. luckily visa will be reversing the charges as soon as it moves from pending. especially since they charged me more than i authorized. if i cant trust these people with my credit card, how am i supposed to trust them with my cat??? sketchy, shady, unethical, avoid at all cost.

You can tell she loves pets as she has a large fish tank for her fishes, birds and I believe the cat was hers too. Do plan ahead though as she takes her time with the dogs and needs 3 hours for each dog to ensure everything is properly done and not rushed. She also do a little photoshoot of the dogs after grooming! Highly recommend
