Be careful with the warranty service. They will bill you when you return for your product on items that should be under warranty. I don't mind paying for service but not when the tech is learning his own product and then bills me for his short comings. In my case the tech claimed that the Kubota ZD323 fuel gauge was not working correctly; although I told him he was mistaken, he insisted otherwise and said that he would check it and fix it. Also within the 2 hour service it seems on the bill I got that they buried the alignment issue, mower was pulling to the left. They did deduct half off the bill but not without some effort. In my opinion, fuel tank light should not turn on when the tank is more than half full and tractor alignment is a definite manufacturing issue. The tech not knowing that the fuel gauge only works for one of the tanks...well, he learned that on my dime; the bill was still $81. Service note reads: Drain RH tank the lamp turns on and put fuel back..."I knew the lamp turned on, that is why I brought it in; but why on a more than half full tank??? issue not corrected", adjusted the trans linkage "should be warranty service" Checked deck leaking down "at full throttle deck 'hydraulic' falls they were not able to duplicate; they probably tested for a couple of minutes,"thank God" but it does happen after extended period of time" Also, the bill was not itemized to separate warranty labor vs non warranty...I still give them a 3 star because I really like the Kubota mower but the service department is a bit shady. Seems that unless they are changing parts they are going to bill...Hope I did not make a mistake on this purchase. By the way, on the same day I picked up by boat at The Sportsman, bill was close to $900 but they were upfront to what was under warranty and what was not, they were also very knowledgeable on their product. read more

I LOVE the customer service for Amigo Power! I wouldn't buy equipment from anyone else in the Valley. The owners are very friendly and their staff is very knowledgeable. I was able to test drive the Kubota equipment and my salesperson answered all my questions. I felt very confident that my purchase was the correct one for my needs. I have a small piece of property and the tractor I bought is perfect. It's hard to find good service today. I am now trying to figure out a reason to buy a Polaris from them too.
