After the rain, most of the seal coat washed away and left the drive way spotted with white marks. He also sprayed tar all over siding on the house and one half of the garage door. We went back and forth in text messages and he always has an excuse. He will then say he will do it again, and never show up. I asked for a refund, but he has not given it back. His wife texted me and said Matthew was in a car accident and had broken bones but would have one of his assistants redo the driveway on 11.08.18. That never happened.
