BUYER BEWARE. If I could leave zero stars I would. I ordered from ammotogo and after a week of not hearing from them they hold my money and product hostage demanding I show them all my personal information. They claimed it was state law. I have bought ammo many times before and never had to expose myself to the extent they were asking. I am a veteran who takes my privacy very seriously. I wrote them a strongly worded email about how I will do it this time but never use or recommend their company. Then after another week of not hearing from them they tell me they need more information or they're refunding my order. I'm pretty sure this website is some type of data farm/spying website to track the people who buy ammo or are interested in buying ammo. Never got my ammo and they charged me twice for the same order. I am a first time customer at ammotogo and I am not happy with customer service or feed back, I placed my order on the 15th of nov here it is the 24th and my order hasn't even been shipped yet. They took my money right away no problem there. I sent them an Emil to tell them the problem and they didn't even reply to that so I gave them plenty of time and chances to make things right with me so now I'm waiting til Monday to give them a phone call and hopefully get things worked out I have read others posts here and hop fully I'm a fluke but to many things happened to me to make me feel that way with this company. I placed an order with Ammo to go before the holidays and another order with CDNN sports. Both are located in Texas but CDNN is much further away from where I live compared to Ammo to Go. Because of the time of the year (busy holiday season) and the the crisis shooting in Newtown, order delays are expected. About a little two weeks later, I received all my orders from CDNN while still not have a word from Ammo to Go. About a week later, I got an email from them and was notified that my order would be processed soon (meaning it has not been processed yet). They also give me an estimate of deliver which is about a month from now which I find really ridiculous since they have been increasing the prices of everything they have like daily. Because I bought some ammo (.223/5.56 NATO rounds) and other AR-15 access from a local Academy recently at a much lower prices compared to the price spikes with Ammo to Go daily, I wanted to call Ammo to Go to make some changes with my order in hope to save money from some of the stuffs I don't need anymore. Disappointedly, the answer they gave me is No even though my order has not been processed by them yet. Bottom line is I bought from Ammo to Go before and back then I was happy with their prices and services. But recently, their services and prices have been going downhill (prices double and triple within a couple of days). Ive order from ATG several times and it is my go to place for bulk ammo. I recently ordered 7.62x54R because no gun shop in my state had anything but surplus steel core which i cant use at my range. Rifle ammo prices even with shipping are a deal, pistol ammo is on par with store prices if they have it. They also carry odd calibers as well. The only down side is it takes about a week to get to me, not their fault I'm on the east coast. Love them and I'll probably be putting in another order in the near future. read more
