If her office opens at 9:00 and you have a 9:30 spot how do you get 45 mins behind already? I've worked in the medical profession for 40 years and understand that things can happen to cause the doctor to run late, but at least inform your patients and let them make the choice to stay or reschedule. We all have busy schedules these days but a little professionalism and common courtesy go a long way to keep your patients informed and coming back for return appointments.

I will give the Morpheus 8 a decline, because, in my opinion, I feel I was misled regarding the results I would acheive, and in my opinion, I feel my neck looks worse now than it did before the treatments. So I give Morpheus 8, for my situation a 1, and the spa a 3. That's why I gave the total score a 2.
