Scheduling with her was a simple process and I was able to get an appointment within the week. On appointment day, my wait time was reasonable. The front desk ladies were very friendly and nice. When I got into my room, Dr. Larsen asked if a few medical assistants in-training could stay to observe. Thankfully, I consented, because they were all so kind and helped me with my baby who'd tagged along. Dr. Larsen was extremely thorough in checking my skin. She also explained everything she was doing, made sure I was always comfortable, and perfectly balanced reassurance with education. I did have one mole removed. First, it was literally painless!!! I'm afraid of needles and kind of a wimp, so I was very thankful and impressed with her skill! Second, she knew I was a cash pay patient, so she made sure to discuss costs with me before doing anything, and helped me brainstorm the less expensive ways to do things. Payment at the end was easy, and the charges were very reasonable. I feel so blessed to have found this office and Dr. Larsen!

In June of 2026, both myself and my husband received a bill showing 120 days past due from our service in 2024. Insurance paid their portion and we should not have had any other balance due. How does a business send a bill (first bill) showing 120 days past due when they chose not to bill is in 2024 or 2025? Of course, requests for a return call have not happened even though we have requested multiple times for a return call. Would not recommend.

Made an appointment for a weight loss medication. It's one I've used before so I was very familiar…read morewith the protocol, however, was still charged a $99 "consultation" fee. The medication was quoted on the phone as $200 but I was charged $350 because I am "not a member". This difference was not disclosed when I called to get pricing. My consultation included really nothing very professional since I knew everything about the process. I was given a vile and syringes and went home. I realized I wasn't 100% sure of the dosage so I texted and was given that information. I followed their instructions to the letter and very quickly realized that the vile was absolutely not going to last 28 days so I made a follow-up appointment to chat about this. I was told by the PA that "we don't prescribe this very often so the nurses get confused as to what the dosage is". Seriously? Turns out I was instructed to take more than double what I should have, which is why I was running out prematurely. She offered me additional doses for $100, which I declined and requested I get what I have already paid for. What I ultimately agreed to do was a reduction in dosage and hope that what will get me through the end of the protocol. The PA basically drastically reduced my dose so as not to have to give me additional medication. Anyone prescribing a medication needs to fully understand everything about that medication so that the patient gets appropriate treatment. This facility does not provide that kind of professional care. They're probably great for a massage or other non-invasive treatments, but I would absolutely not trust them to dispense medication and accurate instructions.
