But when installing the front windshield some "water" spilled on some buttons and caused them to start bubbling and peeling but they claimed it was already like this and its only water. I dropped the vehicle off on March 17 at 7:30 AM and 1/3 to pick up the vehicle at about 2 PM that afternoon When I arrived to see the detail, I was astonished and thrown back by the dirt and filth that was still existing in the vehicle, the car had looked as if it was never even vacuumed doorbell even wiped. I didn't proceeded to call Scott letting him know my concerns about the detail and that it was unacceptable the way that I was receiving this vehicle back so I would be aware after paying $250 for a detail and receiving the car back in this condition, I will post pictures. I did speak with Scott who said that he had two guys there to go over anything that may have been missed in the midst of the detail of what there was would take more than just a touchup to make me happy. I asked if I could leave the car another time so that it could be redone where he claimed absolutely not that he had spent enough time on this vehicle. I will show you in the pictures that the trunk was not even vacuumed nor was it White. The trunk jam was not wiped the door. Jams were not wiped. The sunroof jam was not wiped the interior had dirt and sand, and when I had asked him about it,.he said that glitter is hard to get out of the vehicle and as far as the trunk was concerned that they don't get into detail down underneath the spare tire Wall, so just putting this out there so that customers don't have to go through what I went through again consumer beware!! oh and also it was prepaid. His work is exceptional. His communication is flawless. Proof? Look At My Car! Took her to get a complete detail, ceramic and window tint. I drive a classic 2006 Lexus SC430 hardtop convertible. She is a rare beauty with less than 26,000 miles and I am her second owner. This vehicle requires the BEST care to maintain her original stunning paint, interior and systems. You can smell her light Ecru leather, sweet and rich, pretty much like it was when she rolled off the manufacturers floor and not a mark anywhere. The Maplewood on her steering wheel and interior facia gleams smooth like glass, not one stain or etch. Her Ecru carpet is flawless. Not kidding. I use custom clear mats. My husband does not drive this car and my mechanic knows to don the booties and gloves and whatnot. The engine compartment that houses her V8 can provide a meal service it's so clean. Her wiring harnesses look like a Blackhawk helicopters. Clean, sharp, organized. Seriously. Thus, I do not allow the use of any aftermarket cleaners, sprays and the like on the interior surfaces. I barely got the beginnings of that statement formed when Chris looked inside and said that he would "not be using anything other than soft cloths for the interior, no spray". He knew. You can see for yourself the ceramic finish Chris put on her outside. Like shimmering waves of gloss. The rims received a ceramic finish as well and they shine, oh they shine like hallelujah! I've had many cars tinted and I cannot even detect the slightest bit of pressure marking anywhere even with my polarized glasses, and trust me, I check. We did a 70% cool tint so that the UV/UVA heat and light are blocked but the glass looks only slightly darker, in order to preserve the classic aesthetic of the vehicle. Perfect. All this, in two days and it would have been one, but I could not make it in at 7am for a one day finish. I'm fine with that and Chris was too. When we came to pick her up in the afternoon we had a snafu with Zelle and had to wait a bit of time on the line for bank assist and although Chris had plans BECAUSE IT WAS HIS BIRTHDAY, he was so chill and gracious about it. He said "I'm supposed to be right here, right now with you and not at the mall, and everything is exactly the way it's supposed to be, no worries". Life lessons. I took my new 2022 Porsche to Zen for a full Expel paint Protection Film wrap. Based on there…read moreadvertising they seemed to be a first class operation. Based on there install I would grade the quality of the work on my installation a "C". If you are particular about you vehicle whether it be a weekend or special occasion vehicle or a daily driver and you are only concerned about getting your car wrapped then this company is fine. However if you are looking for a professional and clean installation of PPF on your vehicle that allows your paint to shine through this is not the place. My installation has dozens of spots of contamination under the wrap the reads through the film, it also has a number of areas where the edges of the wrap were not wrapped properly. I have not driven the car or washed it since I picked it up 3 weeks ago and I am still experiencing edges coming undone. I also am finding poor alignment of the film and lines in the film. If your looking for a place to apply film, make sure they have a dedicated location that is clean and free of airborn contamination as these guys do not. I now have to go elsewhere to have this poor installation corrected. The owner is a nice enough guy but quality of work is not up to standards for individuals who are particular about there vehicles.

So after doing some online investigation, I decided I wanted to do a PPF wrap and ceramic. I asked an expert acquaintance (a high-end body work / painter), who gave me extensive advice about what I should look for in an installer. So I looked far and wide, and each person/company said something off-base with what my expert told me. But then I found Peter, who happened to be right around the corner from me! In talking to Peter initially, he walked me through all the relevant points, and without prompting said exactly what my expert told me I should look for, including offering me a chance to look at the shop in person (which is also something my expert advised). Most importantly, I couldn't be happier with the result - I get compliments on its looks constantly. I've seen Peter a few other times since for random things (most recently to install "Rim Savers" for the wheels), and each time I walk out feeling like the car has been given the full "princess" treatment. Couldn't be happier with my choice, in fact at this point, I wouldn't even consider letting another team touch it.
