Went in to get my mustang tinted. Told me it would be about a hour and half wait but he ended up finishing in 30 minutes. Now I see why, there's stains literally all over my car. The roof, doors, even behind the seat belt. Whatever the liquid was not wiped off before it dropped over my doors. He offered me a $20 car wash as if that would even be enough to clean the inside of the car. I was even open to only getting a partial refund to at least get a detail done but that wasn't even possible. read more

STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!! As a customer & a small business owner, I would like to warn others about my recent experience with Wrap & Tint makeover Port Saint Lucie FL. Andrew the owner of wrap & Tint makeover was so bad I felt it necessary to warn other potential customers & small business owners to steer clear of his Wrap company. A month ago, I met with Andrew to get a design & wrap for my company vehicle. Andrew explained this entire process takes about 2 weeks to complete from start to finish, after that conversation I then put a deposit down in the amount of $1,400.00 for the service to be completed. The receipt had all the information on it, stating what I wanted in detail. After leaving Andrew's shop, communication with Andrew was almost non-existent. Anytime I needed an update or information I would have to call Andrew myself, If & when he actually answered his phone, he was always very rude, vague about updates & impatient with me. If I asked Andrew for a general update, he would reply with comments such as "Relax, Chill out" "don't tell me how to run my business". Three weeks after my initial deposit, my design is ready for printing. When asked when my install date would be Andrew mentioned he was very busy & he would need to schedule my installation after the completion of his other jobs regardless of the deposit I made a month ago, that he required me to pay in advance. Andrew finally gives me an installation completion date of 04/26/2023, he confirms with me it will be ready to go on that date & again to chill out & don't worry. After receiving that information, a week ago, I planned & scheduled a business trip to commence after the wrap installation. The day before installation we hear nothing from Andrew, not surprised because it's been that way since the beginning. My wife calls Andrew at 4pm the day prior to our scheduled installation & Andrew says he has been working on getting the wrap color right for four days & he's having trouble printing the color, at no point did Andrew reach out to me or my wife to tell us there was a problem, we are only finding out the day before the installation date because we called. We have already made arrangements with a customer of our own on the west coast to be there with that vehicle. Later that night Andrew calls me & tells me his printer is broken & he would not be able to print or complete the wrap as promised. I asked him what my options were, to which he defensively responded with "you need to just stop talking and listen to what I am saying" he then asks me if I think he's just been goofing around all day. Andrew tells me he has other customers besides me that he has also put off because he was trying to get my stuff done. I expressed to him how much of an inconvenience this was & that I rely on that vehicle to carry out work for my company. Andrew then tells me to come pick up my f-ing truck and that he would refund me the money I put down one month ago. Today 04/26/2023 My wife & I postpone our work obligations to drive to Andrew's shop & collect our deposit money & vehicle. Andrew tells my wife he will not give us our deposit money back unless we pay for the design that his friend made for us. We don't have the design so we told Andrew we would like a full refund as we didn't receive anything but inconveniences, poor communication & time lost with this entire process. Andrew then states that in order for us to get a full refund we must sign & agree that we will not use the likeness of any drafts sent to us via email because it was now his property & if we do so he will seek legal action against us for using that design elsewhere, even though he made it very clear he would not be capable of printing the design himself to be installed. Finally, Andrew walks around the counter physically getting in my face shouting at me inside his shop, threatening to leave a false review on my company page if we tell people what happened today & calls the police on us because we were asking for our money back for services he refused & couldn't provide. There are so many reputable places in Florida that provide wrap services, if you are reading this, it's because you want to see what type of negative things people are saying about this company despite all the 5-star reviews. Save yourself the time money & frustration. read more

I would highly recommend Wrap and Tint Makeover. After speaking with Andrew, and him taking the time to help me understand my options, I decided to go with a ceramic tint. So happy with my decision. My black on black car is much cooler on the inside on a hot day, my seats temp'd out at 108 degrees without the tint! I didnt price shop, I cant imagine much variance, but even if someone offered this for 10-20% less I still would've paid more to do business with them for the care and consideration alone. read more

First off I should say that I am VERY fussy when it comes to my cars so the 5 stars is well deserved! Lol Andrew and his wife are both absolutely lovely to deal with and Andrew's tint work really is phenomenal. He did my Range Rover so well that the next day I took my girlfriends BMW to also be tinted. Both turned out perfect. My boyfriend and I took our new car here yesterday after reading all of the positive reviews on Yelp. The experience and results were even better than the already excellent reviews. We were able to get a same day appointment which started the whole process of on a high note. Andrew was very friendly, showed us some examples of the different levels of tint available, and took down our number so he could let us know when the car was ready. Within a few hours we receive a text letting us know we could come by. Needless to say the car looks great, Andrews recommendation was on point, and neither of us wait to show it off on the roads. Let me just say, if I could rate this place any higher than 5 stars, I totally would! Andrew and his wife are such an amazing group to work with and I wish all of my encounters with my vehicle would turn out the same way as it does with these amazing folks. I brought in my Honda Civic a little bit later in the day and Andrew still took me in, no problem. I got quoted an amazing price that was hard to beat and he told me it will take about 2 hours. Perfect! Waited the two hours, still no call, eventually Andrew did call me saying that there was an old layer of tint on the vehicle that I did not notice and he had to peel that off, at this time it was nearing closing time for him he was afraid that he might not be able to complete it today, no problem I told him, I'll come pick it up and bring it back after work the next day to finish it. He said he would call me back when is done peeling off the old tint. A few hours later, much later into the afternoon he calls me back saying the car is ready, awesome. I ask him what time he wants me to come down tomorrow to drop it off again and he said that he finished all the work that night and that I would not have to come back the next day. I was ecstatic with the sound of that news. Andrew set an expectation early on of great customer service and he definitely lived up to those expectations if not exceeded them with my case. I am very happy with the services rendered on my car and now almost a month later the tint still looks as nice as it did when I first picked it up. Please keep up the amazing work, Andrew! You will naturally get business with your amazing work and customer service through word of mouth. I have recommended this place to all of my family and friends and a few have gone and have had the same amazing experience.
