I had jumpstarted my rental car that morning and the car's computer was freaked out; so I needed to reset the car's computer to get the electronics working properly before the long trek back to Denver. I knew what I needed to do, and the wrench to do it. I just needed the wrench for 60 seconds to get me back on the road. CATS didn't need to help me out for nothing, but it would have been the right thing to do. The guy at the counter rudely explained they wouldn't give me the 10mm wrench to unhook my battery for 5 seconds and tighten it back down. He said the mechanic could "come look at it," but I'd be charged the hourly rate. Please. I told him I'd just go to the auto parts store and get a loaner set of tools for a 60-second fix - which is precisely what I did - and fixed it. My experience should give you a sense of this place. I wouldn't trust them for any car service whatsoever. They're about milking money out of people and not much else. Stay away!

We are in the process of filing charges and getting a lawyer for all of this. Edited to add: No, there wasn't a tow tag for two weeks, we were just there last week and there was no tow tag. I have called and talked to the GM of the hotel and they didn't call to have our vehicle removed. I've been in talks with the hotel and they're being more helpful than you have been. Not to mention, you refuse to tell us who told you to remove it. Because my husband asked when he called. AGAIN, THIS WAS FRAUDULENT. I will be contacting the BBB and the media.

I was stranded thanks to them my spare was ruined. When I called back they told me to call State farm road side assistance again. I spoke with Jose Chacon the tech and dispatcher. I was blown off.
