Super satisfied with the service I got from dan's towing. I blew a hydraulic line in my Cadillac and Dylan and Dan both did everything they could to not only get my baby home but they got my baby home safe and without a scratch. Basically Dan's towing saved our lives. We used GEICO emergency roadside when we were broke down on the side of I-70 somewhere between Utah and Colorado. We are from California and we were moving our son to Colorado. We had a truck full of furniture and were towing a vehicle on a car trailer. Our radiator hose and reservoir blew and we were stuck! Geico gave bad directions to Dan's, but they knew what to look for and Paul found us! They had 2 trucks and took us into Grand Junction to BigO. Another great experience and Yelp review to come! Only a 45 minute turnaround! Dan's also worked with Geico on our over mileage charges. (They spent 45 minutes on the phone with them to make sure we were completely covered!) A few days ago I was driving through Colorado when my trailer tire blew. Kim was beyond helpful! She helped me understand what they could do to help and exactly how much it would cost me. Since I was a bit past Grand Junction I had to wait a while but when the guys showed up they were friendly and efficient. They answered all my questions and ensured my mind was at ease since they were loading my trailer that was carrying my HD. read more

We had a flat tire on our rented trailer. We called Dan's towing and they were able to change our spare, they responded in 20 minutes and their employee went above and beyond. He showed us how to calibrate the brake controller for the trailer. We were back on the road in 40 minutes! This is the towing company to use when in their area. read more

Got towed into Grand Junction last night from Mesa Arch in the middle of the Canyon Lands national park, 2.5 hours away. This team went out of their way to take care of me. The hotels in Grand Junction (and the next 3 towns in both directions) were completely full from some events. The awesome family that runs Dan's Towing put me up on their couch and got me into Harley-Davidson right when they opened this morning. They made this whole experience great. Terrible company. Daughters car slid off the road. The policeman on scene had their number and called them.I Talked to the driver and told him we would meet him at my daughter's house (he asked for the address several times). Left the scene which was about 20-30 minutes away. Got to her house and sat there for about 20 minutes and decided to look up their number in case he got lost. Upon calling i was told he waited there "10 minutes or so" and after talking to her roommate which could not pay they left. It was now unloaded at their impound where we could pay to have it towed again. I TOLD him we were meeting him at the house. I would have gladly paid beforehand if i had known he was not going to wait for us. Stressful time that was made even more stressful. Terrible company. In taking to a friend. .. realized they had the same thing happen... coincidence? read more
