I've been a member at this Car Wash off and on for since they opened. It's been open perhaps 3…read moreyears now, and it is the closest to my house. Invariably, something is broken at this car wash all the time. There were days when... during advertised business hours, cones were up and they were not washing cars. When asked, I was told it was IT issues. There's always something wrong here. Pull up to a vacuum cleaner that doesn't work. There was a broken gate, and so they coned up one entry point. Doesn't seem like a big deal, but when you need a quick wash and scan in... and you have to sit there for 10 minutes while someone in front of you punches a screen with a new customer... the wash is no longer convenient. This has made me late multiple times. Then, there's the wash itself. I could not fathom taking someone's money, and the brushes that wash the sides of the car simply not working. The last 3 times I've driven through, it's the brushes that wash the top of the car that literally touch the hood of your car, then retract. The entire top of my car, windshield, hood, and back hatch haven't been washed in a week. When I ask about it... "Our mechanic is supposed to be coming soon." You're taking $300 a year from me. I pay for everything to work properly. Not for your excuses. I even wrote the corporate email and complained. Never received any type of reply. All this communicates one thing to me - they don't give two flips about my business, and have no intention of bettering themselves. In a competitive marketplace... you can't serve up garbage and expect people to pay for it. I, for one, am willing to drive a few extra miles for a comparable price, and machinery and equipment that work. Do better. Seriously.

Absolutely terrible experience with Mi Pana Window Tinting…read more These guys were referred to me by Top Dog Mobile Detailing South, so I expected professional work and good customer service. Unfortunately, the quality of the work was shockingly bad and completely amateur. Immediately after the windshield tint was installed, there were two large bubbles in the film. They returned the same day to fix those bubbles, but that was only the beginning of the problems. Afterward, I noticed severe visual distortions throughout the windshield tint, distortion on the front passenger window, and even a small scratch on the windshield itself. The windshield became distracting and uncomfortable to look through while driving. The overall tint job looked rushed and unprofessional. I have had multiple vehicles tinted and ceramic coated over the years, and this was by far the worst money I have ever spent on any tinting or ceramic coating service. The workmanship was nowhere near professional quality. The windshield tint especially looked like an amateur installation rather than work done by an experienced company. When I contacted them about the distortions, I was told they would "go away in about a week" and that I should not park the car in the sun for at least four hours after installation. Nearly a week later, the distortions were still there, so I reached out again. Instead of taking responsibility, I was brushed off and told they had other appointments and would "get to it when they can." The following day I asked for an actual timeframe so I could make myself available, and without any notice they suddenly texted saying they were already a few minutes away from my house. I was over two hours away at work because no appointment or time had ever been scheduled. At that point the owner completely changed his attitude and started blaming me for their defective work. He falsely claimed I caused the problem by moving the vehicle too early and not following instructions. That is completely false, and I have video footage proving the car was never moved during the required period. Instead of standing behind their work, they chose to lie, deflect blame, and argue with the customer. To make matters worse, they then told me to personally remove all of the windshield tint myself, record a video of it, and only then would they consider giving me a refund. That is one of the most unprofessional responses I have ever received from a business. Mistakes can happen with any tint job. What matters is how a company handles those mistakes. Mi Pana Window Tinting showed poor workmanship, amateur installation quality, zero accountability, dishonesty, and extremely unprofessional customer service. I would strongly recommend avoiding this company if you value your vehicle or expect professional-quality work.

He responded immediately and professionally, providing me with all the info I needed to pull the trigger and schedule the detail. After getting my Jeep back last night, it feels brand new again. I contacted Tint Studio a few weeks ago to inquire about a quote and/or replacing film that was bubbling on the back of my car window. During the call, I think I was speaking to the owner, he was friendly and I was quoted a different price from what I was charged today. When I arrived at the shop this morning, the customer service was lacking a lot. Granted, I arrived a little behind schedule because my GPS was off with the address. The man in the shop was assisting another customer (which was fine) therefore I patiently waited until he was available. When he got to me, he appeared annoyed didn't really greet or reiterate what was being done to my car. Just asked for my keys, confirmed phone number and said he would call when he's finished. When I arrived to pay and pick up my car, the total was provided and I noticed the bill was $57.89 more. I brought the price increase to his attention and his response was it's due to the taxes in FL. I guess I looked slow or didn't look like a person who can do simple math but this increase was not due to FL taxes. After looking at the receipt closely, I was also charged a $7.10 non cash adjustment fee. It would've taken 1-2 minutes to give a heads up on this fee because I could've went to an ATM and got cash. I didn't have the time on my busy schedule to waste or go back and forth so I paid my bill and left. As a customer, it wasn't fair business to provide a quote that was not applicable the day of service or communicate with me about changed prices. Enjoy the extra funds, I have no plans to refer nor do business here again. UPDATE: Thank you for your response. I don't have any issue with paying sales tax to any business and as a entrepreneur myself I'm well aware of "business practices". My message directly addresses two main components that I had issues with, 1) a quoted price that was provided a few weeks ago that was different in the final bill and 2) the lacking customer service experienced during the process. I'm accustomed to final billings being broken down (i.e. price quoted + fees + taxes). The price of $120.00 that was initially quoted to me a few weeks ago and the 8% - 9% tax that the guy informed today was your FL sales tax. All together, the bill would've been roughly around $130.00, additional fees would have brought the final bill to approximately $145.00. The breakdown for the bill today includes $39.95 extra from the original price quoted, $5.95 shop fee (No problem with this fee), $11.99 (No problem with this sales tax fee) and $7.10 non cash adjustment fee (I have a problem with this fee since it was failed to be mention prior or during the consultation process.) Honest communication is always the key if that's what your business is based on (word for word) and it never hurt any employer who is dealing with customers to have an upbeat and positive energy.
