So, as a master craftsman, we had Greg apply and coat our new vehicle using a ceramic coating to protect the exterior of the vehicle. It looks great! Water beads beautifully. Delighted with his work. Booked an appointment with Detail Daddy and a guy showed up from Garvin's Above & Beyond Mobile Detailing. Whatever, as long as my car gets cleaned. Jon cleaned my moderately dirty Four Runner. Had dog hair and sand with lots of crumbs from my kids. He left all the doors open and said it would be dry in two hours at most. So after about 90 minutes everything was dry and I closed all the doors. He actually missed the interior on my rear hatch, so that didn't get cleaned. He also left a thick greasy film on the windshield. Annoying, but whatever. I should have done a better job checking it over before he left. That's why I gave 4/5. Other than those two issues, my car looks ahhh-mazing! Jon was on time, professional, non-smoking, non-cursing, and had the car done in about 3.5 hours. I called Greg and made an appt to have my truck interior cleaned and detailed. It was very sandy and dirty. The detailer did a great job cleaning the mess. HOWEVER, the detailer got some electronics under the seat wet which caused my airbag sensor to fail. Dealership confirmed it failed because it got wet. Airbag and sensors were fine before detail. Immediately after detail, I noticed the light on and contacted them. Long story short, they refuse responsibility and wont stand behind the damage they caused. They state it is a "used car"... (newsflash: all customers cars being detailed are "used cars"). They state they are licensed & insured, Trusted and guarantee their work. NO THEY DON'T. They broke my truck and refuse to do anything to fix what they broke. When choosing a company to work with, you would hope that they have common courtesy to do so. I spent good money with them. Tipped my detailer very well. I only expect to have my truck in the same operational condition it was prior to them detailing it. VERY DISAPPOINTED. This company does not stand behind their work. If they break your car, they will deny it and blame it on YOU. I have plenty of witnesses just prior to them working in my vehicle that will testify that the airbag lights were not on prior to them detailing it. Dodge even confirmed it was moisture. They deep cleaned the carpet. They got the sensors wet. They wont do anything to assist with fixing it. BE CAREFUL hiring this company or you may be stuck with $1200-$1500 in repairs like I have now... Thanks Greg. read more

Took a few weeks to set up a time which was fine with me, I had severe ghosting/fading from the previous owner by the registration numbers and also fading of plastic parts (which is extremely common, I didn't even ask he fix it but he did) of my '11 FX SHO waverunner. He showed up bright and early, about 10 minutes before scheduled (good sign given past mobile detailers). We talked about it a bit and he was working on it getting it as perfect as he could from about 8am-1pm! Greg did an amazing job and I am beyond happy, I am going to post a couple before/after photos so you can really see the quality work done, blue waverunner. Requested full wash, wax, polish, and buff for our Class A RV and Jeep Liberty tow vehicle. Owner showed up with trailer and all the tools, then drop off only a bucket with brush, some solutions for cleaning, and a vacuum and left one (1) person by himself to do both RV and Jeep ? no power wash ? no buffer ? all by hand ?? needles to say 8 hrs later the person was exhausted and could not do the work required because he did not have the tools required to do the job properly ? The person the owner dropped off, contacted the owner and advised him of his concerns and problems, and the need to have the tools required to do the job properly, the owner was on another job and told him to just do the best you can ? The worst wash and wax ever and the RV is still dirty ? The owner had charge my card and showed no interest in the quality of work performed or any responsibility for leaving one person by himself without the proper tools, he just wanted his money and could care less about anything else. When you hear or see Daddy Detail in Dunedin FL Run Away as Fast as you can, you can go to the local carwash and get a better wash and wax for a lot less. read more
