I have a bad habit of waiting to the last minute (which I do not recommend even though KJH is amazing). KJH (I know they have a female owner now and she is just as amazing) gets me organized and ready to go without shaming me (but they also encourage me to be more on top of it the next year.) This man has no idea what he is doing. He did me and my employees taxes in 2018. After having…read moreanother account go through all of his work, he collectively cost me over 10k in miscalculations. I refused to pay due to the massive miscalculations on his behalf as I had to find another account to fix his work. Then he sent me to collections after speaking to him about the discrepancy and him taking zero responsibility for his work. Since then, basically strong armed me into paying him by having my credit score held hostage for 2 years now by giving me the only derogatory mark my credit score has ever seen. Shame on you ken, you should be helping people that employ you, not screwing them over. I don't suggest any business owner go here as ken here does subpar, misinformed work and seriously behind on continuing his education of current tax laws according to the firm that had to fix the mess Ken made for me. I hope you enjoy the money for the work you DID NOT do, and I hope you future "clients" heed this warning and go to someone equipped with the skill set to properly do this job.
