This year I received a notice from state revenue department that my state tax return had been prepared incorrectly, and that I owed a small amount extra. I sent copy to HR Block. Five times. I NEVER HEARD BACK FROM HR Block. HR Block does NOT stand by their returns, or their promise. They do not even get back to you when needed. I am VERY disappointed in HR Block. Then Sara N. from HR BLOCK called me. Promised me everything would be taken care of. Said an HR BLOCK investigator named Wayne would call me July 28 at 1:00 PM CT, and would start the investigation. It is now past that time and NOBODY CALLED !! HR BLOCK IS UNTRUSTWORTHY !!!!
