When I went in to get a front light fixed they noticed a back one was out also and replaced that; when I had to get a new battery it cost less than the AA guy quoted me for my car to be fixed at an AA suggested garage. Brilliant! One always gets greeted with guttural Yorkshire tones and a 'love' just for good measure. Basically I would recommend this place because it's honestly cheap with no messing around.

I don't care if you don't have a lot of time or if you're busy, customer service is customer service, if you're going to answer the phone, at least have the effort to be professional. Thought this was a very reputable garage, I guess not.

The next morning- again, positive " lets get the job done and get you on your way" comments; how refreshing in this day and age of searching for problems v getting them resolved with a positive manner.
