Despite Kevin's repeated attempts to get an update, we haven't heard back from her, and we need a second quote to get the ball rolling with another company. Kevin even asked if you did not want to do the job. That is fine, but at least be transparent and let us know. In my opinion, that is terrible customer service. Side Note: My husband is a 20-year veteran of the US Air Force, E-7, and we have never been on assistance a day in our lives.
