About 20 years ago we discovered Jackson Quality Construction located about two miles from our home. We started with a small project of removing wooden paneling in our basement so the floor could be waterproofed. Since then Jackson has done several projects around our house always when promised and always perfect. They built a new deck for us last year that visually looked much better than our old one and is very solid. More recently they patched a roof leak that the roofer could not seem to correct even after two visits and a few hundred dollars. Their crew also is genuinely friendly. What we appreciate most is that they will keep at it until we are completely satisfied. There's no just walking away after we pay. However, be prepared that Jackson is quite expensive. Be prepared to pay top dollar. We think it's worth the expense to get it done right without stress and worry. Many of our neighbors have used Jackson and have been highly satisfied. In fact, that's how we learned about them.

I got a few quotes and Roof Doctors was the best quote which was great because after meeting Randy, I knew I found my roofing contractor. Randy is as down to earth and straightforward person as you could hope for. I appreciate an owner who is involved in the job. Communication was great, timely, professional and polite. Work was done in a timely fashion and Randy provided me nearly 50 pictures of before, during and after stages. I saw what was wrong with my roof (did a tear off not a reroof) and how it was fixed. Had some bad boards (it's dimensional lumber not sheathing as it's an old house). I have new gutters and gutter guards that still look great in the photos. I had the chimney and furnace fixed and everything is great. thanks to their warning I was able to fix everything before real damage was done. the roof is solid and looks good, they were prompt and didn't leave a mess. they gave me a good price too.
