My 30 min consultation with Katherine was really helpful! I learned formatting tips and ways to beef up my resume by adding a header, summary, and core competencies and creating sectional dividers. She recommended outcome-based bullet points that highlight the benefits and quantify the results rather than a laundry list of tasks. Katherine was friendly and thorough and even had enough time to quickly proofread my hubby's resume. It was really nice to get an extra set of eyes! While the $299 starter package seems a bit pricey, it's a good deal considering that you are equipped with the A team of an interviewer, drafter, and editor. They will rewrite your resume and can fine tune and belt out those bullet points. We are back on the regular schedule now, but requested a full premium cleaning which includes a lot of the detail cleaning I haven't focused on (baseboards, dusting, windows, etc.). The crew of four worked very efficiently and were thorough in all the spots. My husband and I are still working from home, so we moved around when they had to come into our office spaces, no problem. Very communicative and flexible. Masks and booties were worn as well. FYI if you are a regular customer, they leave a basket of towels and certain cleaning tools (brushes, sponges) at your place which is great.
