The train is (mostly) timely, but I have experienced service delays before. I recommend: lining up early, purchasing a Business Class ticket, and being ready to hop off lickity split--they will not wait around for you. The conductors and transit station staff are usually pretty friendly and helpful. It's a nice way to get around without having to worry about parking or traffic. Each one-way trip isn't too expensive, either, if you book early enough. Long live public transit!

I'm not talking normal drunk banter. I'm talking about yelling out that they were going to sodomize each other and other passengers who were walking by amongst other terrible things. This transportation hub is spacious and clean with plenty of seating options. They have bathrooms and vending machines too. It was my first time here and will probably be here again in the future. I was about to miss the bus and the gentleman selling me my ticket was in no rush whatsoever. He was chatting with his coworkers, who were also not helping people. I then proceeded to get in the huge line. Luckily a nice lady told me my bus was loaded and about the leave and I was in the wrong line. I quickly went outside and the bus driver was very nice. The bus ride itself is fine, not amazing, not bad plus you get a free bottle of water. The bus drops you at your departure terminal which makes the whole situation so easy and worth the $61 round trip. Parking is an issue here so have someone drop you off, if possible.

The guy shows up and gets me there in about 5 minutes down 95. What do you think this would cost? $10? $15? Nope. $35 DOLLARS. 3 MILES, 5 minute drive. These guys are crooks. I called back and said if you're going to blatantly rip people off, at least quote them on the phone when they call. I don't know how they're in business. Don't EVER use these guys. We chartered a Ferry ride to Peak's Island on a crisp early Autumn day. The Good: *You can load your car on the Ferry *Nice boat with a top view *Staff was friendly enough *Fairly inexpensive at $14/adult & $7/child for round-trip ticket. *They also do scenic boat tours, as well as the Ferry service. Check their website for dates and times. The Meh: *Peak season pricing on autos that can go from Off-Peak Season price of $70-100 (depending on vehicle size) to $150-170 for Peak Season price. The Ugly: *Make sure to plan your day accordingly with the boat schedule. You don't want to get stuck on an island there without a reservation. Conclusion: Even if you just go out to the island and back, it's still worth the $14 of entertainment riding across the ocean.

Primarily this trip is a working freight/mail ferry trip that they have allowed passengers to join and enjoy the beautiful views while the deckhands work. Super fun and economical way to get out of the city and see Casco bay. We were super satisfied and pleased. Would give my highest recommendation. Staff was phenomenal.
