She more than proved her capabilities during our long home sale saga (6 months in the Bay Area ... crazy right?) with multiple hurdles, a market shift, and several unsavory characters. This was one of the most difficult times we have faced as a family. I started with an idea that I need to purchase an investment property while I can afford a decent place with my budget range before Bay Area home prices increase too much, and I was not entirely clear where exactly to look for an ideal place for this purpose. At the beginning, I was thinking about purchasing one somewhere in East Bay, preferrably near UC Berkeley campus. Amy helped me get better idea on the type of property I need, and gave enormous help finding and visiting those properties.
