From day one, she made us relax and ENJOY the process of planning. She gave us a curated list of wonderful vendors to match our style--in every area, from venue to catering to photographer--everything. We could NOT have imagined an easier planning process nor a more perfect day. (In fact, Rebecca was so incredible that it took a concerted effort to cut this review down so that people would actually read it!)

A "Stress-Free" Exceptional Wedding Planning Experience…read more This review is a long overdue post! We had the pleasure of working with New Creations Wedding/Rebecca Grant for not one, but TWO of our weddings. We had initially planned our wedding overseas but had to cancel the wedding due to COVID in 2020. I reached out to a dozen wedding planners in the local area, with no luck finding someone who could help us plan a COVID-friendly wedding. Rebecca, however, quickly accepted the task. Unfortunately, that plan also changed when further COVID restrictions limited the number of guests. We decided to book Rebecca to plan our beautiful elopement on Whidbey Island and had her marry us. She even managed to tell the weather to give us a gorgeous day in October!!! One year later, and with a baby on the way, we decided it might be a good idea to try to have a wedding celebration - FINALLY. We had zero ideas of what we wanted but knew we needed Rebecca to take over all details because our focus was planning for the baby. Rebecca made sure we got as many decisions out of the way as possible early on to have a wedding-free postpartum period. When it came closer to the wedding, this is where I witnessed her magic in finalizing every detail, communicating clearly with every vendor, and making the wedding finally happen. Additionally, she gracefully managed our guest count, which went from 100-130 to 175. I barely had time to spend a minute of my mind-space on the wedding because of our new family and often questioned myself, "why was I planning a wedding?" but man, did Rebecca deliver the most stunning, chic, and fun party. The circumstances around our wedding experience were not common, planning a wedding while trying to raise a new baby, but I would not hesitate to hire Rebecca again. There are so many details about a wedding that you don't even think about until you are in it, when you realize, "I'm so happy I hired Rebecca to take care of this." We found Sarah by word of mouth from other clients of hers, and her company has the reviews to back up everything that's said about her and EVENTful Moments. Sarah has done the weddings of three of my family friends and another planner with her company to doing my best friend's wedding next summer. Sarah and her knowledge is invaluable to a bride. She is an expert on everything wedding related. Her attention to detail and her level of organization gave me so much comfort throughout our 18 month planning process. She thought of everything I didn't, and even things I didn't even know I needed to think about. Sarah is also a top-notch communicator, which wins her favor with clients and her fellow vendors. That was one of my favorite things about her! She was so responsive to texts and emails, I honestly don't know how she does it. With all the discounts we got from other vendors JUST because Sarah was our planner, she basically paid for herself. Everybody loves working with her that much - if that doesn't tell you everything you need to know, I don't know what will! On the day of the actual wedding, Sarah was a dream. She coordinated all our vendors, drop off and pick up of rentals, table set up, and she even collected all of our gifts, cards, and DIY objects for us to take home at the end of the evening. Just for some insight into the finer details...Sarah and her team picked up multiple smashed glasses on the dance floor, brought the bride and groom drinks and food after the ceremony, fixed a stain on a bridesmaid's dress before walking down the aisle, and probably a dozen other things I didn't even realize - which is exactly the point of a planner. Sarah and her team acted as a buffer for me and my husband for all things negative or stressful during the most important day of our lives. From start to finish, she was just the best. Everything Natane planned was amazing but one to highlight is we wanted to create a custom menu art piece that we could hang in our home for years to come - Natane found a great artist and after a handful of revisions, it turned out perfect and beautiful! It was hands down, the best decision we made concerning our wedding. Krista is extremely valuable. And for her level of experience and dedication, a wedding coordination package with her is very reasonably priced. As a couple who wanted everything to be personalized, Krista was a major help when we wrote our own ceremony and vows. She was also generous enough to allow us to use some of the decoration hardware she has collected over her years of coordinating. She was very detail-oriented. Even though we had planned everything down to the smallest detail, there were some things that Krista brought up that we hadn't thought about. Communication with her was reliable, quick and easy. We always felt supported, even during the crazy wedding season. Knowing that Krista was there was very comforting and allowed us to enjoy the wedding. Even though there were some hitches on the wedding day (such as realizing that I left my veil in the hotel room 5-minutes prior to the ceremony), Krista handled it flawlessly. I asked for some recommendations from some friends and found Kristen. :) That is where our magical story begins..
