Plus, we were eating while waiting. The rude Karen rolls her eyes at me and hands me the paperwork. My wife don't even roll her eyes at me and you will respect me, until you don't then it's my turn to be rude. She says, "You're an asshole". So now I got a Karen rolling her eyes at me, isn't professional and cusses at me. Now, I am going to be a asshole. I told her if you has a problem, we can go elsewhere. She says, "Why are you being a asshole"?. I lose it, now. I told her give me back my license and insurance cards, bitch. This bitch also was wearing 2 masks. One of those type people. One last thing was before leaving they requested I go ahead an pay for the visit which I complied, and paid all that was due according to her. Then months later I magically get a bill saying I owe 83 dollars, which was never mentioned before which is very odd. So when I finally decided to pay and schedule another appointment, they said I couldn't due to the 83 bill. Which I would of paid upon visit. So that shows you how uncaring they are, what happened to Dr's treating the sick and injured, before worrying about a few bucks. Horrible service, don't go here unless you want additional charges magically appearing months later. And not supporting out Veterans. Horrible service and staff!! Bill (remainder from insurance) went to old address. I never saw bills, and never got a phone call. In June of 2016 it shows up on a credit report when I try to finance a mortgage. 75 to 100 point hit. Brooke with billing company said they don't have time to make phone calls. This all over $109! Come on people!
