Words can't fully express my gratitude for Art Ramirez…read more This was my first time ever dealing with anything like this, and to say it was overwhelming would be an understatement. My cousin passed away and named me the executor of his estate. I suddenly found myself responsible for selling his home while trying to navigate the probate process, with deadlines approaching and no idea where to even begin. Out of nowhere, I started getting flooded with phone calls and letters from real estate agents. At first, I couldn't understand how they even knew about the house. Being completely new to probate, I was already stressed, grieving, and trying to figure everything out. Most of the agents I spoke with sounded like they were only interested in getting the listing. You could hear the hunger in their voices, and that was the last thing I needed during such a difficult time. Then Art called. From our very first conversation, he introduced himself, asked about my situation, and simply listened. I told him honestly that I didn't know much about what was happening with the house. Instead of trying to pressure me or sell himself, he told me that if I ever had questions, I could reach out and he'd be there to help. No pressure. No sales pitch. Just genuine kindness. As time went on, we talked a few more times, and each conversation confirmed that Art was the right person for the job. He didn't just care about selling a house he cared about my story, the probate process, the estate, and making sure everything was handled the right way. That meant more to me than I can put into words. Art went above and beyond in every way. He walked me through the process step by step, answered every question I had, communicated constantly, showed up when he said he would, and always kept me informed. Going through probate isn't easy, especially when it's your first time. To be honest, my attorney wasn't much help throughout the process. Thank God for Art. His professionalism, knowledge, dedication, and passion made one of the most stressful experiences of my life manageable. When challenges came up, he didn't make excuses he found solutions. He fought tooth and nail to get everything done, and just in the nick of time we crossed the finish line and successfully sold the house. Looking back, I truly believe that if I had chosen someone else, I would have been left to figure everything out on my own. This wasn't a simple transaction it was a complicated, emotional situation, and Art never made me feel like just another client. He stood by me every step of the way. That's the difference with Art Ramirez. You're not just hiring a Realtor. You're getting someone who genuinely cares about you, understands what you're going through, and will fight for you as if it were his own family. As Art always says, "No excuses." And he lives by those words. If you're reading this because you're looking for a real estate agent, look no further. Art Ramirez is the one you want in your corner. I'm proud to not only call him my Realtor, but also my friend. He will be the only Realtor I ever call. Thank you for everything, Art. I'll never forget what you did for me.

You will NOT regret working with Art Ramirez and his team. He is incredibly knowledgeable about…read moreboth the process and the area. He's very good at helping you understand everything and is great about staying in contact/keeping you informed. If you ever have a question or concern- he's there. I had a pretty complicated situation selling my home and Art knew exactly what to do. I would jump at the chance to work with him again in the future.

First time home buyer here and Megan was exactly who I needed to make it happen. After doing some…read moreresearch on my own I found the whole home buying process a bit overwhelming. My living situation at the time had become untenable and I really needed this ASAP. At the same time, however, I have a stressful job and adding more stress to my dwindling free time was an agonizing concept. I'm mid forties now and find myself, more and more, growing weary of the world. So naturally, I'd been dragging my feet for months when a friend, somewhat forcefully, referred me to Megan. Still, I managed to procrastinate a few weeks more before being strong-armed into finally reaching out. My only regret, and I don't say this lightly, is not reaching out sooner. Once Megan was at the helm all the chaos in my head became a streamlined process that saw me living in my very own home, start to finish, just over two months later. It could have been even sooner had it not been for my own indecisiveness. Megan's wealth of knowledge and experience, her many connections within the industry, as well as her patience, attentiveness, and empathy were invaluable throughout the process; the latter traits being key for me. From the get go it is apparent that Megan is enthusiastic and motivated while I am, well... not so much. In fact, for me enthusiasm adds to what is already a stressful situation by my perception. The fact that Megan so quickly brought herself down to my level and matched my pace speaks volumes about her awareness and compassion. So if you're excited about the process she undoubtedly will be too, but if you're struggling with the idea of adding a life altering and lengthy process to your already chaotic life, rest assured, she is still the right choice and will see you through. Megan's knowledge and connections proved pivotal as well. She had an answer to every question and prepared me well in advance for all contingencies. Before I found Megan, I had begun seeking pre-approvals through a couple mortgage lenders I thought were good picks. Turns out I had much to learn. Through one of her many contacts I was immediately presented with a substantially better offer by way of a grant. Then, after jumping through the hoops of obtaining a fully underwritten pre-approval, once I saw the final numbers on paper I realized my priorities were skewed and I really needed a lower interest rate over grant money. A rate this lender couldn't provide. With zero frustration or hesitation Megan was ready with another lender that fit my needs. I say 'zero frustration,' but I'd be surprised if there was none. Anyone would be frustrated at a client upending a weeks long process to start at square one. All I noticed was an eagerness to solve the problem. As an aside, that new lender was perfect. Not only did I receive a rate so good the previous lender was a little surprised, Alicia, the new lender was again just a perfect fit for me on a human level. Megan knows good people. Not surprising. When all was said and done and I met Megan at my new home to be handed the keys to my new life, she offered congratulations and words of encouragement in a way that befit my outlook of relief over excitement. Once inside I discovered a thoughtfully arranged array of welcoming gifts. I had previously mentioned how I was a bit of a neat freak and was looking forward to having my own kitchen; that after a long period of costly meal prep services, I'd finally being able to cook again. There were spices and olive oil, various cooking utensils, a cookbook along with cleaning supplies, and even snacks. All things that truly eased my transition as I began shifting my life into new quarters. Such a thoughtful gift from such a considerate person. I feel so much gratitude for my friend who referred me to Megan, for those Megan referred me to, and most of all, for Megan being the professional, compassionate, diligent, and caring human being that she is. Thank you.

Hasn't always been…read more'blissful' with the realtors we've encountered, unfortunately, but with 9 homes, that's 18 realtors altogether on both sides of the deal, right? For the most part, the realtors we've used did their job just fine but others were incredibly horrific, some nightmarishly incompetent in so many ways that we couldn't believe we were tied up in the midst of such madness. How did we get here? How did they get their licenses? That happened twice. Since we were interested in buying a home in the Napa/Sonoma area and without any personal connections there, I relied on YELP reviews. After contacting a few prospects, I decided on Cathi Litle because she had a 5-star rating, and the reviews spoke of a realtor that was responsive, very important to me, and worked in both Napa and Sonoma. From the onset, Cathi appeared to be very knowledgeable of what we were looking for and directed us to the perfect neighborhood. I felt a personal connection with her just in texting and emailing. Once I actually met her, she's just totally a sweet person, nothing harsh about her in any way which I think worked really well in our final dealings with the sellers and their realtor, since we had special requests to travel a long distance to view our potential new home a few times before closing. And, most importantly, she was on the case with the "2nd nightmarish realtor" we ended up with trying to sell our home. She maneuvered around that frightening situation on our behalf with such grace making sure that all the bases were covered and that everything came together with no loose ends. Aah! If it wasn't for her competence on that end of the deal, things could've been a total bust. It wasn't all Cathi, we had to work through some things on our end to sell our home but she was right there for us when we had questions. To me, that's what a realtor should be doing. They should be there when you have questions, when you need advice and to make sure that all of the details are taken care of. Cathi is essential to making everything gel, making everything work in the process of buying a home so that you don't have to worry during what can sometimes be a very stressful process. It was proven to us over and over again that Cathi was not only competent, not only knowledgeable but she applies her skills as a tactful negotiator in a very subtle manner that works. We can't be happier that we fell upon Cathi Litle on YELP! She is all business on one end and she's your "partner" in finding the right place for you on the other end. It's a good ride!!

She calmly and efficiently took charge, engaged her contacts (urgent need for new roof, home and pest inspection, plumbing issue, tree trimming, moving/cleaning company, home insurance problem solving) and was able to sell the home in 12 days (5 offers and home sold over asking price). Cathi went above and beyond every step of the way to make this happen (checked on the house every day, monitored roofing progress, forwarded mail...and much more). She is a kind and generous person, as well as an outstanding professional!

We have several well qualified friends in the real estate business and struggled with deciding who to use if we were to sell. We decided that the sale was an important business decision and we began to research other realtors based solely on their reviews, reputation and presentation. Gisele Lampe from Caldwell Banker of the Valley's name seemed to repeatedly rise to the top of the list in those categories and we contacted her to set up a meeting. During that first meeting it was apparent that Gisele already had done research on our home, the Alta Heights area, comps and property records. We hadn't yet retained her as our realtor but she quickly identified a couple of errors which occurred at the city planning level in which our permitted home improvements were never signed off, although they had been completed. Throughout the process she demonstrated that she takes a proactive stance in representing her clients. We also noticed that during the tour of our home, she was keenly observant and utilized her years of design skills to evaluate our property, make suggestions, point out potential weaknesses. One of those suggestions was to conduct a pest inspection. While I knew it would be necessary if we were to go on the market, we had a pest inspection a few years prior and received a clean report so it didn't seem necessary if we were not set on selling. Gisele was tactful and confident in her approach and recommended a different pest inspector than the one who had cleared us before, assuring us that her recommendation was a very thorough and experienced professional. The pest inspection revealed damage which came at a significant cost to repair but was necessary whether we went on the market or not. We had taken a lot of pride in our home and both the news and cost were hard to take. The damage also required that we install a new bathroom which added to an already escalating cost. Gisele was supportive and reassuring and in her very special and intuitive way, she helped us to remain focused on our primary goals and to act accordingly. While the repairs were being made, Gisele introduced us to her whole team, including her husband Jerry, her associate Jamie Hurley and professional office assistant, Laura Brasil. We found each member of her team to be professional, friendly, dependable and realistic in their approach. They all helped us to navigate the repairs while we were away on vacation, meeting with the fumigation company, contractors and arranging to open and close the house in our absence. Gisele set a couple of parallel strategies for marketing our home and even encouraged us to wait or walk away from the sale if we were not comfortable. We never felt as though her primary motivation were her own self interests. My wife and I chose a strategy that most represented our own approach and we signed with Gisele. We felt her insights were logical, well thought out and considered our longer-term goals. Gisele and her team's efforts resulted in a very quick sale of our home, at a good and fair price, which all occurred during a time that interest rates were surging and others told us we were making a mistake because we had missed the positive market opportunities which were prevalent a few months prior. Gisele and her team were all sincere, authentic and professional. Gisele is a superb communicator, she is kind, compassionate, creative, direct and naturally intuitive. We also admired Gisele and her team for advocating on our behalf and operating with the upmost integrity, taking steps to make sure our interests were protected, while working cooperatively with the buyer's agent and doing her best to ensure the buyer was satisfied. We are so pleased with Gisele and her team. We recommend her to others without reservation.

Throughout the process they demonstrated their expertise, their wise council, and their total respect for our wishes. Always professional, respectful, knowledgeable, and beyond helpful, they each stepped up well beyond what would be expected to council us, to guide us, and to constantly support us. I remember phoning Gaelen on a Sunday morning, about 7 am Central time. Oops! It was a simple question, certainly woke him up, certainly could have waited a bit, but he snapped to it, found his most pleasant voice, and answered my question. Then there was a time that we requested additional guidance when considering a price reduction. Chelsea was again spot on! This review would be incomplete without letting you know that Gaelen even stepped in to mount our field mower when needed help to perk up the property.
