So I scheduled with Dr. Morenzi and asked her to make me a new retainer because I was not satisfied with her friend's work. Dr. Morenzi refused to make me a new one because she felt that she was "being put in the middle of a bad situation." It was a humiliating experience, I was treated terribly and I left the office in tears. The doctor is more concerned with preventing problems for her friend, than she is with helping paying customers.
