(When I walked in at 9:15 AM, I had a bad feeling because the waiting room was piggedy packed!!!) At 9:45 AM I checked with one of the girls at the front desk as to when I would be taken back. She said that she would go back and find out and come back and let me know. That never happened! The patient next to me had a 9 a.m. appointment, and was still waiting for his "turn." At 10 AM., I went up to the front desk again and told her that if I wasn't called back by 10:15 AM that I had to leave because I had to go to work. She told me that three patients were still ahead of me! WTF?!! She softly apologized to me and said other patients had complained of the same thing (waiting too long / being taken LATE). So why don't you change your protocol or scheduling of appointments?! Now they will be losing myself and my two children as patients!!! THREE PATIENTS GONE and I bet more will follow suit! The girl at the front desk, offered me April 24th as a reschedule. Uhh NO! Seriously?!! FIT ME IN FOR YOUR ERROR!!! There are way too many dentists, doctors etc., providers to have to deal with incompetence! DO BETTER! I requested my dental records; thankfully there is no cost for them and I now will be going to my sister's dentist! I am now late for work, did not have my teeth cleaned, and I'm in a foul mood! I was very worried, sitting in chair for more than an additional hour. I overheard employees talking about the stressful meeting that was called. Your doctor and assistants were awesome, your focusing on business while nervous or sick patients are waiting is where I see improvement in needed. Support your doctors and technicians rather than distracting them with nonsense.

After doing a little research, I came across a mouth device, called Thornton Adjustable Positioner, (TAP 3), which is a mouth device much like an Invisalign. The next step would be to figure out which orthodontist would offer the device. I made an appointment to see Dr. Iyer at Dr. Segal and Iyer Orthodontics, located at 501 NJ - 73 #202 Marlton New Jersey. I can honestly say I've never been to a facility more organized, and with 21st-century technology. Dr. Iyer was extremely amazing! She was able to sit with me and educate me on exactly how the device worked and how it's going to benefit my sleep habits. I will definitely recommend anyone with sleep apnea or any orthodontic issues to see Dr. Iyer. You will not be disappointed. I explained my situation as my dentist and Dr. Bills spoke of my case, she had the biggest attitude in her voice and told me 2 months from the time that I asked, how is that a favor between doctors. The doctor doesn't do Friday's and I can't book particular days, what? I went there before and they OVERCHARGE a ridiculous amount for orthodontics, that's why I never returned. I was only going to fix something that should have been done and my dentist wanted to rectify for me.
