Michelle, the practice manager was so kind and helpful in scheduling the appointment and taking care of everything from the pre-visit questionnaires to the payment and billing. Koryne, the hygenist who performed my cleaning and explained each step of the visit, including the x-rays and the cleaning. She was also very gentle, which is quite important when someone is poking sharp objects in your mouth. Dr. Vasev was professional, kind, and extremely helpful in explaining my care plan and the options available to me. Although I didn't require any major dental work, she told me which things I could hold off on and which may be better to address in the near future. She was very kind and personable and I felt comfortable and trusted her work and her suggested care plan. The office is equipped with state of the art dental technology and everything inside is sparkling clean and new. I really liked the layout; Each station has a television which you can watch while seated on the dental chairs that gently massage your back while you are having your teeth cleaned. I wish I had heard about Dr. Vasdev and Crystal Dental Clinic earlier in our year-long stint in Rochester.
