Three weeks after Groupon un-redeemed my voucher, they redeemed it once again. The company actively deceives their customers and advise everyone to avoid them.

I came home from work to let them in, and they did not show! And they did not call to cancel. So, I called Sparkle Windows USA, and no one answered. I left a message. I called back an hour later and a woman (Mimi) answered the phone. I explained what happened, and she apologized saying they were overwhelmed with a response to a Groupon promotion they had run. We rescheduled for the following Friday. The next Friday there was rain in the morning. Harris called to cancel the 2:00- 5:00 afternoon appointment because of rain. By afternoon, the skies were clear. In spite of clear skies at my house, once again, I had to reschedule. So, today I came home from work again for the third time. Harris did show up this time by himself (no advanced call) and came into my house only to tell me that he could not wash my windows unless I paid more money. When I said I was not willing to pay more, he walked outside, got in his truck, and drove away. No negotiation. No discussion. He just left. I was searching for a window cleaning company to clean about 30 windows in my home. Casa Washa contacted me (I guess they saw that I was looking?) - they quoted a very good price (that should have been my red flag). The person that phoned me said that for the price, they would wash the interior and exterior windows including screens and sills. I agreed. I was told they were on their way and I saw the truck drive by and assumed they would turn around and come back. 20 minutes later nobody had come so I texted - he had been sitting in another driveway down the street - he had the wrong address but nobody ever called or messaged me. A young guy showed up (only one, apparently the other person was given the day off?!). He started inside and when I went to my bedroom upstairs was in there and had taken the DIRTY screens off and put them on my bed?!?! That was my first clue that something was off. The cleaning took a really long time because there was only one person cleaning and I had to leave before he was done (I tipped him and left him cleaning the outside) so I looked around after I got home and couldn't believe it. Below every single inside window and on the walls beside, were dirty water drops/stains - every single one. There were scratches on the wall. The beds had dust all over them because he had put dirty screens them and then they were never even cleaned?!? When they cleaned the exteriors, there were drips/streaks down all of them. The outside screen doors had been partly sprayed so were mostly dirty apart from the spray marks. None of the sills were cleaned. I also found a deep scratch in my new floors when he moved a lamp. I called and left a message about all the issues and I was told they would come back and redo the outside. I told them it wasn't necessary but she insisted. It took some time but someone came back a while later. I told her I would not be able to stay and she said they would take care of it. This time ended up being even worse - when I came home one of the door screens was just leaning against the house. The screens had not been recleaned and the sills had not been cleaned. The windows looked slightly better. At this point I was super angry (and still am). I called and left a message about what had happened and after I missed her return call, they never called back. I sent a message stating I wanted half of the money I had paid back because I was going to have the exterior redone and never heard back. It has been over a month, still nothing. I would have thought they would have tried to make good so I am writing this review. Do not have this company do your windows - the price may sound good but you will end up with dirty, streaky windows, dirty beds, damage to floors and screen doors. I learned my lesson, never again.

Although it was more expensive than the kiddo's who came by and offered us window cleaning earlier in the week after trampling through our flower bed to get to the front door. We do have a walkway. I digress. I don't believe the cute little kids were older than 12yrs old each. That wasn't going to fly. Marshall and the misses came to an agreement on price and date. As the date approached, there was no doubt that there was going to be a rain delay. They were very aware of the weather and were easy to reschedule so they wouldn't clean on one day and a storm would plow through the next rendering their work undone. They did this twice for us. Kip and Mitch showed up at the arranged time. This never happens for us. Nice crisp clean uniforms, with a Ghost Busters dual tank thingy. Unlike the kiddo's who offered up a bucket, squidgy and a Red Flyer Wagon cart where they kept their stuff. Mitch and Kip were very courteous, talkative and labor focussed. They took a considerable amount of time cleaning our windows, screens and also offered up power washing our stones in the back yard. We did pay an extra cost for that, which was fine, Suzie had asked if they could, they didn't offer the service. Noice. The twin turbo Ghost Buster tank thingy, was a marvel. A combination broom and power washer with secret sauce stuff from the tanks, rendered the windows spotless. We had a stubborn picture window which after trying to clean it a couple times, it wasn't happening. It remained milky, indicating the argon inside was amiss. They thought the window may be failing, which could be very true. The windows are just 5yrs old, so I have reached out to Titan to claim a fix on the warranty. In addition, we had three windows which are a challenge to get the screens off of, well at least other cleaners hemmed and hawed about them. This magnificent duo, no problems, be happy. They cleaned up their work spaces, wore little CSI booties so not to drag crap into our home and checked with us all along the way. They kept a smile on their faces while they worked around our 18 windows. I felt safe with them in our home.. what I mean by that is, we have had some workers in our house who have inquired about our art or mentioned they like a watch in a winder on my bureau in our master bedroom. Slightly alarming, not the usual casual conversation one has with strangers. We are definitely going to get on a regular rotation, perhaps quarterly. It is certainly affordable to do so. Kevin was on time, professional, and courteous, and best of all, the price was reasonable. I called him at 8 AM the next day and he was kind and thorough right from that first phone call -- he asked good questions about the job, gave me an estimate, and let me know when he could come out. He showed up within three hours of that call, which I really appreciated. I showed him around, we discussed further questions and Antonio went straight up to the roof, found and fixed the clog, and showed me before-and-after videos and photos of the vent. We tested the dryer and it ran perfectly with no more error messages -- problem solved. We live in a 2-story house and he conquered the challenge. What really stood out to me was the speed he could resolve the issue and how considerate he was in and around my home. I have dogs and cats, and he was careful to keep doors and gates closed so they couldn't get out. He explained everything clearly -- what he was doing and why -- so I understood my options and could make an informed decision. He never tried to upsell me; he just told me what would actually fix the problem and did that. He also suggested a no-pressure follow-up cleaning in 6-12 months to prevent this problem and I've already booked my next appointment with him.
