Be careful buying Groupon for this business. They wouldn't accept my Groupon and said I was more than 20 miles out. I checked and was not. If they had told me when I scheduled, I wouldn't have had them come out. I'm assuming they did a good job on my gutters. read more

I have used Amy's on several occasions and they always arrive when they say they are going to and do a great job, making my many windows and doors beautifully clear. Enrique showed up on time, professional, had all of the required equipment and you can tell that he knows what he is doing. My driveway and walkway look brand new! NO SHOW TWICE, Wasting your time! It's been a while due to my procrastination writing this review but I feel it is necessary to share with other people: I purchased a Groupon deal for gutter cleaning with this company. Called and made an appointment. Seemed they were pretty busy because I had to wait three weeks for them to come. I thought it might worth the wait for the good price from Groupon. Three weeks later on the day of appointment, nobody showed up. I called them multiple times, nobody answered the phone or called me back. I kept calling them the next day, finally a guy called me back, said the appointment was actually the following week. I was pretty sure about the time and date, but well, they might have entered the wrong date into their system, I thought, so I waited one more week and stayed home waiting for them that day. But, THEY FAILED TO SHOW UP AGAIN! I called them many times, no one picked up the phone, no one called me back - for days. Finally I made a complaint to Groupon, and got a refund. However, when I tried to write a review on Groupon, the website did not allow me to. ONLY THE CUSTOMER WHO RECEIVED THE SERVICE WILL BE ABLE TO WRITE A REVIEW. No wonder they didn't care about the customers! I guess they just sell as many deals as they can, but only do as much as they are able to and prioritize customers who pay more (instead of a Discount price). THEY ARE WASTING OUR TIME. I had been initially waiting for three weeks, then spent two afternoons waiting at home, and making many phone calls. No respect, not professional, no customer service. read more

Enrique and his crew are great. I have used them 3 times for power washings and Window cleaning. And have contracted them for external house painting next week. They are prompt, polite and thorough..always pleased with the results. They show up when they say they will and get the job done. They call me from the gate because i have dogs. 35 years in customer and client relations in the financial services industry. I've used them for Window cleaning (excellent), power washing (Juan was so AMAZING!!), & gutter cleaning. They were fast, efficient and did a great job. My only issue I've ever had with them was that they left all of the debris from the gutter removal in my grass instead of removing it. read more

I had these people power wash my house, patio, deck and a large picnic table. They did a horrible job. The house still has spider webs in places; the patio is still dirty; the wood on the deck and table is very damaged and still not clean. They tossed a water hose out in the yard and didn't put it back; moved a heavy wooden chair out of the gazebo and didn't put it back; turned over a potted tomato plant and didn't bother to put it back upright. That was $238 dollars wasted. I didn't want to have them re-do the poorly done areas because I didn't want anymore of the wood damaged. They have no clue what they're doing. They might be good at something else but they are not capable of using a power washer correctly. I would select no stars if I could. I had an appointment for my windows to get washed today and was given a time window of 2pm - 4pm. So instead of taking my 5 year old to do something fun for his birthday today, I stayed home and waited.....and waited....and waited. It is now 6:15pm and I have yet to hear from anyone. I have called them twice and received no response. WORST customer service ever! read more

The work was not perfect and I felt like they should have owned more sophisticated tools than a glove and a ladder, but I feel like I got way more than I paid for given the labor they provided. read more

DO NOT USE THEM!! They were impossible to communicate with from the start, would barely call back after I left several messages. Once we finally scheduled a cleaning (2 weeks later than I needed it) they didnt verify the appointment and told me the day of that they had accidentally scheduled it for the following day. The team arrived an hour earlier than the scheduled 2 hour window and didnt give any notice. I was not home and told them to start on the outside of the windows and that my boyfriend would be there as soon as he could. 10 mins later, he RUDELY texted me "He is still not here." when HE was the one that arrived an hour earlier than expected!! 30 mins later, he called me and said he would not be able to clean my windows due to specifications that I was completely unaware of/he never asked me about before agreeing to clean. It was an ABSOLUTELY horrible experience and I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE who is looking for a professional job. read more
