Gabriel, Oscar and Kris did an excellent job on the glass windows and doors inside and out. Since it was a rough post construction cleaning the fiberglass frames still had some dust/debris on them however the final post cleaning will hopefully take care of the remaining material. Ok let me tell you about what a pain my house is. It's on a hillside so one side of the house has windows that are at least 35 feet off the ground. In addition we are trying to sell the house so Fannin came out while we had carpet installers and painters also out. Jorge and Luis were so friendly and did a great job. Some windows were inaccessible due to the carpet being installed so they came back out and finished up the job. Our house had filthy windows and they look amazing now. Plus we had the pro wash and we still have some residue on the side of the house but it does look better. My recommendation would be to make sure you understand what costs extra and what doesn't. For example having to remove paint from the outside of the house will cost extra. If you have mildew on your brick that will cost extra. I just wanted to be upfront with my experience and what I didn't understand. I didn't dock Fannin for this because I had no idea but keep that in mind when booking their services. read more

Since my initial review, I've used Fannin several times for window washing, gutter maintenance and pressure washing. The scheduling is easy, they provide an estimate in advance, they show up when they say they're going to show up (and they call 15 minutes before arrival) and they do an excellent job. After the recent ice storms, they also provided additional services to help clear the fallen limbs and do minor repairs caused by the ice storm. I have used this same crew for many years. This year they were every bit as good as in previous years. The crew showed up exactly on time. The inside window cleaning was done with care for everything around the windows. They even wore shoe protection to keep from damaging our wood floors. The attention to detail is another highlight of this company. In fact, the two people cleaning the windows on the front of the house decided to wipe down my front door and the porch lights "just because they were close by and it adds to the beauty of the newly cleaned windows." From quoting the power washing job to scheduling the job and then doing the job, Fannin Professional Services was Five Star all the way. I tried out the quote request system on the Fannin web site and it worked perfectly. Rob Brooks was my first contact by phone and he asked a few questions about my driveway, patio and walkways and brick wall and then formed up the quote. I even sent a photo of the mold on the brick wall and he adjusted the quote downward based on the square feet to be washed. We scheduled the job for a day and time convenient to me. The Fannin crew called ahead to let me know they were on the way. Two young men arrived in a purpose built Fannin truck ( see photo ) set up for pressure washing and other cleaning jobs. The unit had self contained gasoline power for the wash system. Compared to three other companies that pressure washed my concrete in past years, Fannin was the best equipped and most thorough. They used a rotating scrubber with brushes and pressurized water with a cleaning solution. Then finished up with a spray wash and used a mildew preventer solution. We are very satisfied with the quality of the work that was done. There were a few tiny wasp nests getting started on the eaves and the crew knocked those out with a special brush on a long pole. I've been working with Joe Fannin since 2014, and have never felt anything less than complete satisfaction with the work they do. The mark of a good company is what happens if you have an issue. I've never had more than small issues with Fannin Professional, but whenever I've brought up a small point the response has been, "We'll take care of it!". We humans are never perfect, but Joe's company comes as close as I've found. They take pride in the quality of their work and the way they treat people. You can tell their employees are happy to be working for the company. Another measure: a couple of years back we installed a fairly large shade awning with some complex angles. It's proven difficult to clean because it sits over a swimming pool, which complicates access and requires that any cleaning solution stay out of the pool water. When Joe was out recently I asked him what he thought, as keeping this this clean has always been a problem that's only gotten worse. FIVE STARS I had the Fannin Pros out this week to power wash the house and hard surfaces, clean gutters and wash windows... the works. I can't begin to tell you how pleased I am with the quality of work and professionalism. They did a great job with everything, but I must say the work they did on my walkways and driveway is astonishingly amazing. I had no idea how filthy they had become and how beautiful they could be! But wait... I had never had my windows professionally cleaned, and if you haven't either, just do it. Do it now. Looking out my windows is like seeing the world in technicolor and high definition for the very first time. So much more light! I now lift my shades all the way up to bring the outdoors in.
