Jannine came over and introduced herself, then we went to a treatment room. She listed her credentials (she's an RN), explained the procedure, discussed a couple of options, and then proceeded. I mentioned a problem that I had experienced when getting the identical service from a previous provider, and Jannine explained exactly how that happened, and how i would not have the same problem in her hands. I'm kind of blown away. This was a great experience. From being welcomed upon arrival, the massage chair, and the lovely and very professional Jannine, everything was a pleasure. It sounds like they are currently short staffed and not always able to answer so leaving a message is your best bet. They're located in an office building. One time I scheduled an evening appointment and since the front door is locked after business hours, I had to call several times before being able to reach them to get someone downstairs to let me in. Their facility is nice and they offer a myriad of services- way more than a typical salon or med spa.
