What I learned from her is priceless, and were also things I don't feel as though doctors would have ever shared with me. When my hormones were off, I struggled with getting a doctor involved. Rachel got me to do a hormone panel to evaluate where I was. Then we attacked it head on, seeing what would be best for my levels.
