It's very active in the greater Columbus area, regularly hosting talks and dinners for Muslims and non-Muslims alike. It's large and modern with plenty of parking. Cons: I wish the speaker system was better in the women's area; better yet, no glass wall in the women's section (I realize that the concern is for the noise from children who are with their mothers, but there is day care, the use of which should be encouraged for infants and toddlers especially--as it is now, it's not regularly staffed). I also with it was easier to perform wudu. I haven't seen the men's bathrooms, but the women's only has regular sinks. (There are sprays in the toilet stalls for hygiene.) I recommend that women wear a headscarf to attend prayer services, but Noor is generally very accepting of non-Muslim visitors. It can get very crowded on Islamic holidays but there is still plenty of room to hold the overflow. The location is lovely, but I wish it was closer to Columbus. There are a fair amount of mosques in Columbus (see Islamic Finder), but most are much smaller and tend to be more limited in their programs.
