I thought it was very nice feature of having the…read morewhole speed queen thing on there so you could use your debit card, but as I guess the owner or whoever it is that answers the phone for Joe's. was very rude and smart. she told me we all need to do our due diligence and read all the fine print. that if you add money on speed queen directly for just Joe's laundry and you don't use all the money. they won't give you the money back and they won't or refuse to transfer the money. which I have talked speed queen before calling an they said you have to contact the laundromat that you added the money to do so. yet they're trying to make it seem like they can't do that and it's our fault we didn't read the fine print. now I have money stuck at their store that I can't get back or transferred to the new laundromat at my apartment which is ridiculous.

Probably so, but those are highlights for me. I looked at a few different ones when I knew I'd have to go and ultimately decided on this one even though it was on the other side of town. It looked like it'd be worth the drive and it was. Google Maps said it was at the busiest it normally gets when I went but it wasn't busy at all and this was around noon. Based on my experience, I don't have anything bad to say. I did self service which was easy to figure out from getting a card and loading money on to it to working the machines. There is also an option for drop off but I didn't inquire so unsure of the price per pound. I stayed on one side of the building so I saw three different sizes of washers and 3 different for dryers. There of course is free wifi and the cafe was a nice touch. I ordered a 24oz passion fruit, guava, and orange smoothie which was pretty good all things considered. When encountering staff, they were pleasant! There was also plenty of parking. Again, nothing bad to say and I highly recommend!

There are snacks and drinks 5. There are reading spaces for children and THE CHILDREN'S BOOKS ARE FREE!! 6. All the equipment is new 7. You operate the machines with a mag strip card and to get one has easy steps 8. People doing their laundry are happy and friendly 9.
