Rj's is a beautiful peaceful place, amazing workers and very kid friendly. I take my babies up there and we play in the play room while our clothes are washing. it's also normally very friendly people there too washing their clothes as well but recently I had all my clothes stolen out of my dryer and now me and my child are left with nothing but maybe a outfit or 2. I work 6 days a week and I decided it was a good day on my day off to do a fresh reset and wash ALL of our clothes and now we're left with nothing. read more

Very clean space. Machines clean and operate wonderfully. They offer 2 ways to pay, cash or app. They have a coin machine in the back for cash. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Our first visit the older of all the ladies tried to teach my hubby how to properly fold a fitted sheet, on my last visit one of the younger the girls checked in on me and without asking, helped me take baskets to my car. Very clean laundromat. Nice and efficient machines. Location safe and attendant on site who actually cares and is helpful!! Erin is the staff member who assisted me. She was friendly and very helpful. She answered my many questions- it had been a long time since I had needed a laundromat. She was great! RJ's has a variety of size washers and driers so they can handle everything from regular loads of clothes to big king size comforters without a problem. The machines can take quarters (old school like me) or you can use a pay app on your phone. I highly recommend RJ's and will definitely use this location again if I need a laundromat OR if I need to have someone else do my laundry. They provide that service as well!!! read more

Rjs dirty laundry mat is sooooo clean. It smells nice. No trash in the machines. No gross piles of lint. The floor is spotless. No dirty underwear or socks under the machines. No over flowing trash cans! Actual people to answer questions, help with the laundry app and teach you to use the fancy new machines. They were so understanding when my mom was learning to use the app. Also if your short and can't reach the top of the machines to put soap in, they have a step stool to stand on. The dryers are 5 minutes for .25c and actually dry. I only paid 75c for my load to dry and I had not only normal laundry, but 3 towels in there! Other laundry mats take at least an hour to dry my loads with towels. read more

We had been to RJ's a few times before to wash our King size comforters. When I walked into RJ's on Sunday the place was hopping as if everyone came here at the same time. I spoke with Jess to see if there were any wash units available but all were full and some even had a waiting line. Jess offered to have the comforters washed and ready for me the next day at a very affordable price. You can say, "she made me an offer I couldn't refuse..!" This was further from our hotel than the other laundromats. We went to one, but most of the machines were not working, and there actually were not any available. So on we go! When we arrived we were greeted by Rebecca who helped us figure out how to use the amazing new machines. She was super friendly and helpful. I was amazed at how quickly the clothes washed dried. Good machines. Their phone app system is a tad confusing and unruly but got it to work OK. It's cramped in there and people don't like to share space in laundromats and it can get nasty with some patrons but stand your ground as Floridians like to say and get it done. read more

I don't have a washer and dryer at home yet but honestly I don't even care to buy one yet because RJ's Dirty Laundry is such a nice spot to do it at. They just got all new equipment and it works so well that my clothes were almost dry by the time they were done washing in the high speed machines. I saved more money on dryer costs because of it. They have free WiFi, free coffee, great customer service and a great atmosphere to be in while you wait for your laundry to be done. Very clean and well put together. Not to mention the owners are absolute angels. Highly recommend!!! read more

Needed a place to wash my king size comforter and saw the reviews so I decided to give RJ's a try. Don't be fooled by the location, this place is a literal diamond in the rough!! This place is so cute, so clean and so efficient! They have the option for an attendant to wash and dry for you and they even offer pick up and delivery! On short notice, they offered to drop my comforter at my home 16 mins away from them! Got a free XL laundry bag and when I went to pull my bedding out, you'd think elves had folded and rolled it up! I can't say enough positive things about this place! The first time I went there, Jessica the owner was there and was so welcoming and helpful! As a business owner myself I was so appreciative of their attention to each and every customer! They treat everyone like family. The place is always spotless and the machines work great! Today they had a "give back" with a DJ and pizza. To top it off they were giving each customer 100lbs of free laundry washed! We all know doing laundry is NOT a fun chore, however this place was so convenient, clean, well organized & friendly it was a pleasure doing my laundry recently!! While there I noticed both the staff & owners greeted & interacted with everyone who entered. I noticed a shelf with several books displayed & was informed that their local library donated them & they were 'free' to take. Being an avid reader, I was delighted to take a few. I also noticed that they wash & fold your laundry for you (for a fee of course) if you don't have time. I watched, as the staff neatly folded each piece as tho it was their own. Small items like socks were folded, stacked & wrapped with a band to prevent getting lost. When folding was complete, each stack was gently placed into a clear plastic bag & tied. Ready for the customer to pick up. Wow, you don't often see this type of customer service in businesses today. My wife and I are senior citizens who both have health issues that require our laundry being done frequently, but also make it difficult for us to do it ourselves. She has chemical sensitivities that have prevented us from using commercial laundry services. A few weeks ago, my sister discovered RJ's Dirty Laundry web site, noting its outstanding reviews, along with a pickup & delivery service at a very reasonable price. We called and talked to Tammy, who was very friendly and spent a lot of her time answering our questions. When she didn't have the answer for one, she gave us the phone number for Ryan, one of the owners. We called him and he also spent a lot of time answering that question and others that came up during our conversation. We decided to give them a try and are very glad we did. We have now (4/29/22) used their pickup & delivery service three times and are extremely pleased with the results. They have been very willing to accommodate our special needs. read more
