This office is very nicely decorated with many glasses to choose from, very appealing! The best part of the practice is Chris, the optitian! What a nice, genuine young man. I had been on vacation in Ocean City and my glasses were stepped on when they fell on the floor. They were out of whack to say the least and one of the lenses had fallen out. I called two other places and they told me they will fix my glasses of they could. Chris however said come on over and was cheerful and welcoming. He happily fixed my glasses in minutes. If I lived in O.C. I would definitely choose them for my eye care! read more

I broke the arm of my Silhouette glasses and thought they could not be fixed because of where the break occurred. I had accepted the fact that I would most likely be a week without glasses - awaiting a repair part or even having to purchase a new frame and lenses. I brought my glasses into the Galleria and the young man said he had a part and could fix my glasses right there. I was elated. Excellent customer service! Came to Ocean City for a vacation and when my fiance lost his glasses we thought we were doomed, as he cant see much without them. They didn't have his lenses in store, but were happy to offer a close replacement for the day while we got the correct lenses overnighted. My fiance even loves these glasses more than his old ones. I was met by a kind lady (I don't recall her name sorry) who helped me resolve my issue and I got a brand new pair that I really like!
