Let me say there is nothing wrong with the food here - it's great and tasty…read more However the service lacks friendliness and professionalism - in particular the ability to "save the day" once they already fucked a few things up. First, the restaurants shuttle bus did not pick us up - they forgot, alright we managed to get a taxi and actually arrived on time (we did call them 3 times from our hotel but they didn't answer the phone) - they also forgot our reserved table next to the sea - again they were sorry and asked us to wait in the bar while they quickly prepared the table and we got a few drinks.... Okay, a few drinks hurts no one :-) Except, nobody cared to ask us what we wanted to drinks before we asked someone ourselves after 15 minutes - with 3 guys in the bar and nothing to do, that kind of weird to sit and wait.... Well we waited 45 minutes for the table to be made ready for us - normally I would have left by now but I was curious how they would make it up to us.... Well they took our order but forgot what we wanted to drink. They failed to serve the starters at the same time - well actually they forgot it so much that they several times came by and said the last starter would arrive soon (it was garlic bread, how long can it take with such an easy starter?) Well time passed and we asked them to skip the remaining starter - they missed that too and served it well after everyone else was done. Luckily we had good company in our selves and the food was great - but they never corrected their mistakes and it was easy to see how unorganised the waiters was running the restaurant despite being quite many people at work. I would say go eat at Moonlight or Fiesta around the corner which offer both good food and service - but the view from this restaurant is quite amazing. So go take your pictures here and eat somewhere else :-)
