I ordered via their website and they sent me a text message when the shirts were ready. Bryant Ideas is conveniently located in Meridian on Locus Grove and Fairview. They are close to the Yogurt place. The staff is very friendly and professional and I wanted to highlight this in the review. I'm not perfect and definitely prone to error more times than I care to admit and in this case, I ordered Medium for our son not thinking that I should have asked if it would Adult Medium or Youth Medium. They arrived Adult Medium and they wore like a dress on our son. I spoke to one of the young ladies and she apologized when it was not their error and passed me to the manager. I spoke to her and she said to bring in what we had so we can figure out what we can do. Several of the young ladies worked so hard to find Adult Smalls for our son and even helped him find some space where he could try on the hoodies and the shirts. I was very impressed! The Adult Smalls were a lot better and I was more than willing to accept what they had and call it a day. They took the time to make sure that the amount paid was equal to what I was ordering and when it was all said it done, we were owed four dollars. WOW! Even though Bryant Ideas does do shirt printing they do a lot of different marketing and signage. Whether your business needs sticky notes, pens, signage, etc.. They have it and they are more than willing to work with you. I was very impressed with their professionalism and friendly can do attitude. I recently parked in the parking lot for this location to walk across the street to check out a…read moremenu for a new food truck. when exiting my vehicle I had an employee of this location yell something to me from across the parking lot. The location is on Overland, cars passing by and their lawn guy was running the weed eater. I could not hear her. I assumed she was telling me that I couldn't park there, but I wasn't staying long. Again just wanted to look at the menu. So I turned my back and ignored her. She proceeded to take a picture of my license plates. Trying to converse with me from across the parking lot. The confrontation became heated. My behavior is not part of this review, but could have been better. Let's just say her behavior matched. Flipping me off and dropping the "F" bomb. I left and came back to speak with the owner thinking he would care what kind of image his employee was giving his company! Ron doesn't give a shit!
