Service is outstanding. The gentleman that helped me was incredible. He was actually fairly new to working at Burberry but helped me the entirety of my shopping experience. I was also more casually dressed so I truly respect him for not judging my outward appearance as some other designer stores can and will do that to you. The selection is incredible. They literally have everything but I had my heart set out on the classic trench coats. The other thing I didn't realize was that since 2021, they have removed taxes on their sales, saving me at least $300, probably more than if I were to purchase it in the USA. Well worth it!
