When I booked my appointment, I got a text message confirmation and reminder. There was an issue where my appointment was cancelled but then I got a text update that it was fixed. This place is inside Topanga Village so I parked there which they already give you a complimentary validation. The store was easy to find and the check in process was simple. Zra was the person helping me with the form and taking my before picture. She was amazing and easy to talk to. Since I had my baby daughter with me, they don't have a changing station in the bathroom so she let me use one of their office with a table to change her diaper. They saw me a little after my appointment time since they were booked but both nurses explain every process to me and made sure I was relaxed. My face felt refresh and had some sensitivity but not too bad. If you're interested in their services I would recommend them, everyone here is very nice.
