I have never felt the need to leave a review anywhere before but after my experience with Kat i had to create an account just to show how amazing and talented she is, not only that but her attention to detail and comfort will keep me coming back. From the moment i stepped in they make you feel welcome and in Kat's hands i felt so comfortable and safe, you wouldn't believe it was my first time going there, she really made it feel like we were long time friends and having a wax wasn't scarry at all, she made sure i wasn't feeling too much pain and she made the whole experience amazing with her happy and sweet energy, definitely left there feeling better then when i went in and prettier with her expert eyebrow wax! I am a big wuss and tend to be high maintenance when it comes to any thing new or that potentially could be painful. When I first went in to Britnee, she was so understanding, patient and calm that it instantly calmed me down. I started with a bikini wax because I needed to work my way up to trusting her with a Brazilian and my brows. I felt so comfortable, I right away had her do a Brazilian. In the past these have both hurt like crazy. With her, you barely feel it and it's over in 2 seconds. I also trust no one with my brows and she shapes them like no one else. I would run and not walk to see her for all your hair removal needs. read more

She was super friendly, professional, and made the whole process really comfortable. Hidden gem of Woodland Hills! I got my first eyebrow shaping today with Melissa! She was amazing, I was a little nervous but everything went so smooth, I even almost fell asleep! Lol They offer a free wax on your first visit, just book online :) and don't forget to tip!! Don't be like me who forgot her wallet in the car!!
