They walked me through what type of bulb they have and gave me what I needed and I was able to make the purchase and then they helped me to install the bulbs afterwards which was a great deal of help for me including helped me to add a Greece to the bulb to keep it from corroding for later use. It was exceptional service and it was excellent quality. I have gone to the competitors for many years and I decided to give them a try I will now be going to them from now on. When I came back in a few hours, they handed ne a stick that they said had become lodged under my car, and was causing the noise - they easily could have removed the stick, replaced a u joint and I would never know that the repair was unnecessary. My husband was left trying to figure out which wiper blades to use on his own, nobody offered any assistance. He was pretty much ignored when he was in the store, so he was reluctant to ask someone to give him a hand to install the wiper blades. The passenger side went on smoothly, but when he put on the driver side, it wasn't fitting quite right. He went back into the store and they accused him of breaking it. When he tried to explain to them, neither gentleman paid any attention to what he was saying and basically ignored him. It wasn't until he raised his voice that the second gentleman turned around and paid attention to him. He was very respectful after that.

I have to do an update and give a standing ovation to Randy! I had a unique situation with my car…read more My battery was draining and I was pretty sure it was the defunct blue tooth causing the problem. Randy removed the blue tooth and found that was not the problem and tried just about everything including research on the internet to find the problem. To make a long story short, Hyundai's seem to have this problem. Randy spent hours on my car, removed the blue tooth and I was anticipating a rather large labor bill. NOT A DIME! He said he didn't fix the problem, so he didn't feel he could charge me. I will now be doing all my business with him! They are a class act!
