Maybe if you weren't such an incompetent worker/manger (I really don't care about your meaningless title) you would've reached out to me and confirm that, yes i did schedule a move out of my unit online and you would've finished it correctly on your end. Don't ever try to put the blame on the customer when it's 100% your fault for being unhelpful from the start. -100/10 stars. Save your money and go to a different storage lot. Lastly, constantly have issues where people break into your camper and then when you report it you get "yeah unfortunately that's not uncommon, file a police report".
