The car exhaust, dust, gas, brake fluid, etc has been blown into my unit covering my things with black soot. I told the office and they could literally care less. They said they're allowed to repair cars in the units. I tried to call corporate but there isn't a way to talk to a person or file a complaint, just an automated system that is no help.
