He takes the time to understand who you are and how he can truly help you as a person. My concerns are the following: 1) he hung up the phone abruptly while I was speaking 2) there were no clear directions given on how the session would be conducted on the telephone (was he going to call l either one of us on the phone or was one person supposed to be on 3 way expecting a call from him) 3) he called me 2 mins before the scheduled session was supposed to end ( we had booked our calendars to sync for this time and there was no prior communication that there would be a possible delay) In closing, I have been in email contact with Mr. Moore for a few weeks and was looking forward to this session.  My interaction briefly on the phone with him was unprofessional and not representative of any Therapist I've interacted with in the past.  As a solution, I recommend that instructions on the portal and/or explanation be given in the email appointment confirmation that a Service Provider from your company would possibly be late due to a previous session.  To add, if at any point during a consultation or therapy services there isn't a match between the therapist and the client it would be a positive experience to have this discussed and then part ways.

I was able to connect with the clinic directly by phone and they were able to schedule an appointment with the doctor I wanted to work with, but it would be a telehealth visit. That was fine with me as I live an hour away from the clinic. I will have to have 1 in-person visit per year, so that's do-able. The doctor was very patient, kind, listened to my questions and concerns, and for the first time, I actually felt heard by a psychiatrist. I'm glad I found this practice and I'm looking forward to getting back to feeling better.

We have left voice mails each time. The last attempt was made via the "contact us" link on his website. This message explained the situation, including the effects of not receiving any response to our inquiries, and I asked him to contact my family member directly. I held off writing this review for a couple of MONTHS, just to give him a chance to respond to that last message. We have received no responses to any of our attempts. I understand that the COVID situation has turned the world upside down and a lot of people are seeking treatment, but all we were looking for was a simple reply. It is very difficult to ask for help--and being ignored makes it that much less-likely that my family member will reach out again.

She reminds me of a very even-keeled mom with cool fashion sense, and Melissa is like a free-spirited energetic aunt. Their styles are very different, but they both have an interesting perspective on life experiences. I know it's vague. You just have to go to know what I mean. The only problem is Donna mainly works out of Oakbrook with temporary stints downtown and Melissa is super popular. The only way she'll have room for you is if you come weekdays in the morning. Also, be sure to ring the buzzer with your counselors name next to it or else they won't know you've arrived for your appointment.

The strength…read moreof the program really lies in the fantastic two young gentlemen (former clients of Mark) who take the client out and about in Chicago where they perform increasingly more challenging exposures. My daughter ended up doing things that were way out of her comfort zone. I believe this form of therapy is far more effective than just 'talk' therapy. Although, the program is promoted as all day sessions it really ended up only being a couple of hours each day. (But, the intense nature of the exposures are very tiring for her so she didn't want to do much more). The main disappointment for us was that insurance only reimbursed us for about 10% of the cost of the program so you definitely would want to check that out first (if that is a concern for you.).

Mark didn't seem to take my issues seriously and rolled his eyes every time I mentioned a panic episode. He told me that since I was still having panic that I might be a "lost cause" and told me that he didn't believe that I was mugged in an alley "because things like that just don't happen anymore." I left without paying for the interrogation, I mean interview. It was that bad! The "program" is remarkably expensive and like a boot camp to knock those anxieties back in to line. It was a place void of any compassion or caring, which is what most people who seek services from places like PARC need. I would suggest going to a therapist who deals with anxiety. It would be cheaper and you would get more out of the experience. Sorry PARC, but you suck.

Which with the current administration this doesn't really matter to do a psychological evaluation because with open borders nobody is getting deported. Engaging in hypnosis and as if there is some strange force in the room when she was being interviewed. After that my sister has reassessed her own personal relationship with her spouse and asked God for help because deep inside she had a feeling the whole relationship wasn't genuine as she was manipulated by him into getting married and the whole thing got rushed.
