I was in need of immediate help with my computer after downloading a virus. I was hoping for…read moresomething local, so I called AndersonPC and left a voicemail (in my panic, I left him an email, too). He called me back within minutes and set up a time for that evening. Tyler, the person I dealt with, was extremely professional and did not make me feel like a dum-dum (I already felt like one because I am one). He also answered my email immediately. I dropped my poor sick computer off that evening after giving him all the information I had. He said he'd call me about it tomorrow (a Friday) and told me about the rates. Again, very courteous and pleasant to deal with. He did call back the next day and I had my computer home and plugged within 24 hours of leaving it with him (there is also a new customer discount that I didn't know about but that he applied to our bill). And they lived happily ever after except that I then made some bad choices and ended up doing a system restore that took it back to, you guessed it, after I downloaded the virus and before he cleaned it up. UGH. I emailed him, he called me, he fixed the computer and it was home again that night. (He also explained how the virus was able to return in a way that made sense.) I would not hesitate to call AndersonPC if I had another problem (also, I am no longer allowed to mess with my computer).

Upon arrival, your seat has been prepped with all supplies and tools necessary. General instructions about the space and process are reviewed. Our class was fairly small (5 total) and Amy did a great job guiding and supporting everyone. The first couple steps were the same (sanding, distressing, staining), then everyone went at their own pace based on their chosen project. My steps included putting three stained pieces of wood together, using an electric drill and screwdriver. I chose to use to dry brush and paint on my board, before adding my stencil with a sponge brush. I was given two handle options, and that was the finishing touch to my project. I am new to this, and while it was a bit daunting, it was rewarding to create and take home a personalized piece! And, a nice way to end the week. Will definitely return to create some more!
